Update:
This
complex
has
had
a
huge
turn
around.
Jessy
the
office
manager
and
Autumn
the
Assistant
manager
are
absolutely
amazing!!
Since
CAF
took
over,
we
have
seen
nothing
but
improvements.
They
are
fixing
and
cleaning
up
a
mess
from
previous
management.
Jessy
has
boosted
the
moral
in
the
community
with
all
of
the
events
hosted
each
month.
Jessy
takes
her
time
and
gives
her
undevided
attention
to
each
resident
she
encounters.
I
have
witnessed
Jessy
go
above
and
beyond
to
keep
her
residents
and
potential
residents
happy
and
interested.
Our
previous
management
could
care
less,
so
having
Autumn
and
Jessy
here
has
made
a
huge
impact.
At
least
in
mine
and
my
family's
opinions.
2018:
I
have
only
been
here
for
5
months,
and
I
Love
living
here.
It
is
a
quiet
community.
Everyone
here
is
friendly
and
neighbors
look
out
for
one
another.
Parking
here
is
open
to
everyone.
Julie
has
been
amazing
from
the
day
I
first
spoke
to
her
about
the
apartment.
I
recently
had
an
issue
with
something
and
she
was
more
than
understanding
of
my
situation.
The
maintenance
guys
are
good.
I
plan
on
Staying
here
for
as
long
as
I
can.
The
only
thing
I
would
like
to
see
more
of
is
brighter
lighting
in
the
walk
ways.

2022
I
have
been
here
for
almost
5
yrs
now.
I
know
we
are
in
trying
times
and
everyone
is
short
staffed,
under
paid
and
being
over
used.
I
get
it.
But
one
thing
that
is
a
bit
troublesome
is,
us
residents
here
at
Artisan
Park
pay
for
amenities
that
we
can't
use
and
this
needs
to
be
taken
care
of.
Here
it
is
a
holiday
weekend,
a
huge
cook
out
weekend
and
we
do
not
have
any
propane
underneath
where
we
have
our
gas
grills.
Several
residents
were
told
that
there
would
be
propane
and
there
is
zero.
We
are
paying
for
gas
and
outside
lighting
and
it's
obsurd.
We
can't
use
the
gas
when
we
need
to
and
majority
of
the
complex
has
poor
lighting.
The
pool
is
disgusting.
I
mean
green
disgusting
and
we
are
expected
to
swim
in
it
with
no
problem.
We
have
a
gym
that
we
can
only
access
during
business
hours,
but
about
75%
of
us
residents
wok
a
9-5
or
6
and
are
not
able
access
the
gym.
Therefore
we
have
to
go
and
pay
for
a
gym
membership.
I
find
it
funny
that
there
is
1
resident
who
has
been
here
for
10yrs
who
has
24
hr
access
to
the
gym.
If
you
provide
it
to
1
you
need
to
provide
it
to
all.
I
don't
complain,
but
enough
is
enough
Artisan
Park
Management.
You
want
good
reviews
left
for
the
community,
but
you
aren't
doing
anything
to
warrant
good
reviews.
Please
do
not
right
back
with
an
apology.
We
are
not
looking
for
apologies,
we
as
a
community
are
just
looking
for
Management
to
DO
better!!
