    Literally counting down the days until the end of my lease. Problems since day ONE. I was shown a completely renovated new apartment on my walk through with all vinyl floors. The apartment I moved into had carpet. They did replace it with vinyl within a week but the vinyl started coming off within 2 weeks and looks terrible now. My neighbor below me BLASTS music all hours of the night and I have made 3 noise complaints with no resolve. My kitchen cupboards/drawers don’t fit in their slots and look so cheap and awful. I was told they would be replaced ASAP after moving in and I was ignored (multiple texts and emails to the property for months) so I finally gave up and said don’t bother fixing it because I will not be renewing my lease after it’s up. Also people constantly have their dogs off leash and let them run up to you and your animals. As I’m writing this my downstairs neighbor is blasting their music. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own living space before. I hate coming home to this place after work. I’ve never even written a bad review for an apartment/housing complex before but I’ve never been so unhappy with my living conditions.

    This place is a joke! Not only did they take us to court cause one of the employees(Manuel Favela) made up a story saying my husband “brandish” a weapon on him due to the fact that he got called out for not fixing our floor. They never answer the phone, they never came to fix what needed to be fixed at the apartment. Both assistant managers and manager Lea Curtis always be having an attitude, useless when it comes to answering simple questions. Overpriced and no good customer service!

    I guess move in to this complex if you enjoy living next to neighbors who let their animals go to the bathroom all over their patio and despite management saying they can’t do that, these people get special treatment and are allowed to do as they please. Management says these patios are clean yet I live here and am able to see and smell it every single day and it’s interrupting the quality of living here and it’s really disgusting to witness. They don’t care and I guess if you want to do as you please and be filthy then please apply to live here!

    Applied for an apartment weeks ago but received no follow up. After finally getting in touch with their assistant manager I was asked to submit pay stubs and my ID, and to wait on an acceptance letter. I submitted the required information and waited. It is now 4 days before my move-in date with 0 confirmation, and after 60 calls and 6+ emails, getting in touch with anyone is impossible. I am now forced into apartment hunting 4 days prior to moving states. If getting in touch with staff to be able to give them money is this difficult, I can only imagine how hard it is once you live on the property. I should have listened to the negative reviews about staff and the alleged roach infestations and other issues. Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches and look somewhere else.

    Update: This complex has had a huge turn around. Jessy the office manager and Autumn the Assistant manager are absolutely amazing!! Since CAF took over, we have seen nothing but improvements. They are fixing and cleaning up a mess from previous management. Jessy has boosted the moral in the community with all of the events hosted each month. Jessy takes her time and gives her undevided attention to each resident she encounters. I have witnessed Jessy go above and beyond to keep her residents and potential residents happy and interested. Our previous management could care less, so having Autumn and Jessy here has made a huge impact. At least in mine and my family's opinions. 2018: I have only been here for 5 months, and I Love living here. It is a quiet community. Everyone here is friendly and neighbors look out for one another. Parking here is open to everyone. Julie has been amazing from the day I first spoke to her about the apartment. I recently had an issue with something and she was more than understanding of my situation. The maintenance guys are good. I plan on Staying here for as long as I can. The only thing I would like to see more of is brighter lighting in the walk ways. ☺ 2022 I have been here for almost 5 yrs now. I know we are in trying times and everyone is short staffed, under paid and being over used. I get it. But one thing that is a bit troublesome is, us residents here at Artisan Park pay for amenities that we can't use and this needs to be taken care of. Here it is a holiday weekend, a huge cook out weekend and we do not have any propane underneath where we have our gas grills. Several residents were told that there would be propane and there is zero. We are paying for gas and outside lighting and it's obsurd. We can't use the gas when we need to and majority of the complex has poor lighting. The pool is disgusting. I mean green disgusting and we are expected to swim in it with no problem. We have a gym that we can only access during business hours, but about 75% of us residents wok a 9-5 or 6 and are not able access the gym. Therefore we have to go and pay for a gym membership. I find it funny that there is 1 resident who has been here for 10yrs who has 24 hr access to the gym. If you provide it to 1 you need to provide it to all. I don't complain, but enough is enough Artisan Park Management. You want good reviews left for the community, but you aren't doing anything to warrant good reviews. Please do not right back with an apology. We are not looking for apologies, we as a community are just looking for Management to DO better!!

    I don't know if anyone else is having the issue I am having. Warm to hot water coming out of the cold taps. I mean ALL of them...kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet and bathtub. It's so bad that I never turn on the hot water, as the water coming from the cold taps is warm enough to wash your hands, as well as shower/bathe. Seriously! This has been going on for the past several weeks. I called the front office last week to put in a maintenance request and was told that it's like that all around, not just in the complex. I have been here for over a year now, and did not have this previously. And no, it's not due to the AZ summer heat. I've lived in the Phx metro area for 60+ years and have never had this problem. Trying to patiently wait for maintenance.

    The only good thing about living here is the maintenance guy, but he's the only maintenance worker. Rent is too high, property is sub par, apartments & grounds are in poor condition, hardly any outside lights so walking at night is creepy, loud music from cars and neighbors, office staff changes frequently and will not only be out of office for hours but doesn't always return phone calls and doesn't know much about the property bc they are always new. I wouldn't move here - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

    I have lived in the complex for 4 years and I haven’t had any problems. The office staff is amazing, whenever I go into the office with a complaint or have an issues they work their hardest to get the situation handled. They have really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate them. The maintenance guy is awesome he really works hard to get any issues that you have in your apartment fixed in a timely manner. I give big Kidos to them all…. Thank you !

    I have lived in this apartment for the last 9 years, my experience in the past has been wonderful but in the recent past not at all. Recently I have had problems with my cooling and heating system which has not been addressed. As I am writing this I have been without heat for the last 1 month and counting, I have had maintenance work order submitted, I have called after hours, went to the office personally to explain what was happening the lady did not listen to me I ended up with no assistance at all not even sorry for what was happening. Today to be specific she me told the maintenance guy is coming to my house when I went there to report that I still don't have heat. This was just night mare I have not seen maintenance guy at all coming to my unit to fix the heating system or just to tell me what was going to happen. Last week I was told by the maintenance man when he was going to bring me a heater when he came to the unit and found out the situation was bad until now I have not received one. I am suffering inside this apartment complex/house I hope the management will find a better way of addressing emergency issues like this for heavenly sake goodness!!!!!!!

    They promise you a quote and upcharge you by the time you move in, they force you to pay vallet trash but never gets picked up, they had piss yellow cabinets, and walls when moving in, apartment was not cleaned at all , even though when signing lease they said all new cabinets and utilities but that was a lie, infested with roaches, office makes up lies everytime you bring anything up. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! UPDATE!!!::: AFTER 3 WEEKS OF BEING THERE THEY ADMITTED THEY NEVER PUT ANYTHING NEW IN THESE APARTMENTS SO NEWLY RENOVATION SIGN THEY PLACE UP IS A LIE!!! They also asked us to take post down so the new reviews they must of asked residents to put nice reviews up for a rent discount so shaddy.

    Don't waste your time here. Their office staff are compulsive liars, unable to fulfil anything they tell you. They constantly push move in dates back without notice. There are stains running down the "newly renovated"walls, and they reek of mold or mildew.

    DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIVING HERE The apartments are in horrible condition , that when you move out they want to bill you for it. Not to mention the “Manager” Jessi is so rude, and has a nasty attitude. I was never ever rude to her and she always talked to me like if she had something against me . Im so glad my lease here is over but now they want to charge me 2K for damages that were out of my control due to their leaking pipes that THEY never fixed .

    Fine apartment. Office staff, simply doesn’t do their job. You can message once a day for an entire week without reply. Not to mention their “lunch hour” that always happens to run long EVERY SINGLE DAY. That being said the men on the maintenance the team are troopers. If I was rating this place on them, it’d be 5 stars… none the less, this place has been hell to deal with and I do not recommend renting from here with the current management.

    This have been my home for 5years strong" I will say the staff and management is absolutely Amazing, the maintenance JR.is always helpful ,he loves his job and it is shown by the way he is so passionate about his work ,his attitude is so kind and helpful he makes sure everything is right for me as a tenant of 5 years.I appreciate the management they are on top of things,Autumn van DE laare is a darling of a manager,I appreciate the kindness and good treatment, she attends to her job with passion ,to make tenants happy ,I love my home and I am greatful for the love shown to my family,,it's true what Dorothy on the wizard of Oz say there's Absolutely' No place like home!!!! 5 years strong and this is the best decision I ever made,no other place I live make me feel like this .My home is blessed "thank you for everything you all do to make the tenants happy. Artisan is is the Best" This is a great place to raise a family,building stay clean,never dirty.proud to call this home of 5 great years.

    First off I want to recognize the office staff Autumn and Jess. These two women are one of the most helpful and caring office staff that I have had the pleasure to work with. I have observed their work ethics and how they communicate with tenants and they have been nothing but professional and courteous. Now in regards to the maintenance staff JR is very hard working and goes above and beyond to make sure that the job is complete on a timely manner.

    Our Maintenance guy JR is absolutely the best we put a work order in for a couple of things and he came right over to fix them a very friendly gentleman.

    Do not apply if you have a misdemeanor on your record. No matter how small the charge is, you will get denied. The thing I don't understand is that it wasn't even a question on the application process. If it was I wouldn't have applied, it did ask about felonies but no apartment complex I know of would deny you for a misdemeanor. We got denied for a unit because I have a misdemeanor charge on my record from years ago. We applied for unit 272 it was a 2 bed for 1200. I think they underpriced it and realized it and just scammed us out of our application fee. And don't bother calling or leaving a message because they never answer their phones. Once I accidentally hung up on them and called them back within seconds but they ignored me for 2 days after that.

    Best place to live they have done good for my family and really care about there tenants there’s always something to do and what I really appreciate is there events they do which definitely separates them from other apartments. DEFINITELY the best choice is to live here and that woman autumn in the front office does her job perfectly

    Just moved in. Adriana was so nice during the whole process! This was a hard move on the family but simple to get my keys and get moved in right on time. Appreciate lever urging they did for me. Love it here

    I been living here almost a year and i love it here. The staff here are great and always helpful. The maintenance guys are professionals they are aways getting the job and keeping the complex clean. I really love the events they have for the residents. They are always great and my kids love them .
