Took my F150 to two other dealerships, both fixed little or nothing I asked them to. I was so frustrated I gave up. I was in Peotone for other reasons when I saw Terry's. I stopped in and was greeted by the friendly service department members who instilled trust and were truthfully interested in helping me. Terry's replaced it, AND saw I was due for an oil change and scheduled service. A service writer called to tell me about the needed services. I authorized the work. I was pleased that they performed a complete vehicle inspection and rotated my tires ( along with the oil change). My F150 turned 5 yrs old a couple of weeks ago, and thanks to Terry's, it is almost exactly as it was when I bought it.

We did everything over the phone and texting. All we had to do was sign papers once we arrived to the dealership. John was excellent to work with. We weren’t at the dealership 20 min.

We met with Rich. He met and exceeded our expectations. We were treated with respect and dignity through the whole transaction. Our paperwork was handled by a young lady whose name escapes me now. She as well treated us very well through the whole process.
