I recommend to get online ticket rather than walk in ticket for cheaper price. However, it was such a wonderful experience I ever had. You can enjoy the view from 65th and 68th floor. One more thing go at 5pm and above so that you can’t feel the hot from the sun 😂 Anyways, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will come again one day.

Excellent view of Georgetown, you can get a great view of the UNESCO area. Pretty cool the cruise ship was docking at the time. Overall super nice experience. Not crowded on weekday.

Rather pricey for an average Malaysian like me lemme tell you, nevertheless, its all worthy every ringgit. Entrance ticket purchased and professionalism is the courtesy to being ushered to Level 65 by the dressed in black staff. Thereafter, the ball is at your feet. You are your own free and easy guide. Apart from the observatory deck, there is a mini inside glass walk. To tell you the truth, fear ate and jittery took charge of me. I suppose it does happen. For me at least. But within the next few seconds, I stood still, I sat and I literally surrendered to Penang world under me. I also wouldn't stop with picturing until I realise I am being selfish to those waiting in line. Those photographers crowding close to you, I guess you have to ignore. Unless you want it or finding out later you have to pay for the photos.

A great experience for me and my family. I’ve always heard of this place but being there personally was breathtaking! The birds eye view of Georgetown and beyond was magnificent! Definitely a must visit for everyone! And the staffs are very friendly! Special thanks to the staffs for their hospitality!

Beautiful location to take in the sights of Penang. Once at the top, you may enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view of the entire city. The entrance is on Lebuh Tek Soon, and there is a lobby directly beside the car park. Get to level 6, and you can buy your tickets from there. I would encourage anyone who has never been to the TOP come at least once! My children and family love it!

Arrived there around 1130am. The weather was bright & sunny. Since it was Friday and not school holidays, the place wasn't that crowded. The place is opened till 10pm. Guess if we were to go during early morning or night time it will be much nicer and more beautiful. There's a cafe where you can buy drinks and snacks. Overall experience was ok.

It is an okay place to visit in Penang. I didn't understand all the hype. You have to take 3 lifts to get to this place and not all lifts are maintained properly. Another issue is that, they don't have enough staff or signs to guide you through to the top. They have staff on 59th, 65th floor but not much on 6th floor. The view from the top is gorgeous. You get to see the expanse of Penang, a full 360 view.

The skywalk experience was awesome! The highest level 67 is where you should go first, just in case it rains, because it’s outdoor and you can then go to level 65 indoors viewing. After that you can enjoy a walk in the Jurassic Park back on the lower level where the entrance to the skywalk lift is. There’s also some amusement games to play.

Nice place to kill time especially to watch sunset (recommended). However the glass floor is really small it can fit only 20 people at a time. There are other stuff you can do here like gravity thing or something but I didn't do it. There's also a restaurant up here but I also didn't check it out. The Rainbow Skywalk is nice to visit for sunset and at night time because then you will see the beautiful lights.

For the best view of Georgetown, the rainbow skywalk cant be beat. Get your tickets online or at the office there and enjoy the views from the 65th (indoors) and 68th (outdoors) floors. The rainbow skywalk is a fun addition too. Go at sunset/nighttime for the best views.

We went there around 5 pm and stayed there till 7 pm so that we could see the day and night views of Penang. It's beautiful though the Skywalk is quite tiny!

Everything was good except the LED lighting on 68th floor which made us difficult to capture a good photo and enjoy the night view. They shall remove the LED lightings as we paid for the night view not for the fancy yet distracting LED. Local and foreigner pay for the same price, which is RM68 for an adult.

Old but not forgotten. KOMTAR used to be the most famous shopping centre in Penang. Now, at its Level 68 The Sky Walk, u can njoy 360° of Penang, even for u those who r thrill seekers, u can walk outside the tower, of course with straps. For the city lights view, its better to visit at night time.

I really enjoyed this and the observation deck. Go in person to check since they have a 38MYR pass for the rainbow walk and observation deck. They don't advertise this online. Online it was discounted at 67 MYR instead of in person 75 MYR for the 3-attractions pass which allowed me to visit the dinosaur park and aquarium as well. I don't really care for those since I'm not a kid and don't have one. The rainbow walk alone was for 61MYR. So just go here to the 6th floor and check if they have a promotion.

To be honest, it’s not impressive as compared to many observatory decks in the world, but still it’s nice to look down at Penang in a panoramic view. The only more interesting part is the rainbow skywalk, but i find it very small. The observatory deck that shows the entire view has a time limit, I understand this is for crowd control purposes but it’s not a very good experience. The tickets are also on the pricier side and non refundable if there are wet weather conditions. All in all I still appreciate The Top and I find that it’s still good to have an observatory deck and skywalk experience in Penang.

The Indian lady whom i believe is the worker there halau us when we are trying to take photo at the sky walk there IMPOLITELY. We arrived first to take photo, and then she arrived, trying to take photo of her customers. Instead of waiting us to finish taking our photo or ask us to step aside politely, she shouted at us. A very terrible experience there, definitely not worthing rm68 to get shouted by the worker.

Must go if you're first time coming to Penang. My parents love it. The 360 scenery of pulau pinang. Went there at 6pm - enjoyed the sunset skies turning to dusk and the night view ( stayed until 8.30pm).

Its start of at level 65, they played an intro video about the building.. n then we can walk on the see thru floor (indoor) not big but scare enuf to make people who afraid of high sweating.. just get urself together dont look down n just walk on it.. take few pic n then walk back to the 'safe side' hehe theres no time limit..so u can really take ur time but remember u still have to visit 68 floor outdoor see thru floor..dont waste the time especially on raining season. The see thru floor at level 68th is just like a crescent in shape, ull enjoy the view especially at night.. during my time they only allow me 3 to 4 mins..becuz its a long queue (i went on weekend so..). Just bring umbrella or wear some hat.. cuz outdoor is quite hot, dont let the sun heat kill ur mood.
