It's a long stretch, though made comfortable by a pathway, from the high rise apartments to beyond the open air night food stalls. There's a park, which also allows cyclists, and there's usually many people in the evenings, mainly families with small children and couples. It's free to enter and the benches face the sea, island and also an aground ferry. This place is a good place to take photos, chill out and exercise.

By far my favourite place in Penang, long track for those who want to jog or walk, or even cycle! Can rent bike RM5 for whole day, can chill while looking at the sea I particularly like to just enjoy the view, sat down, read my book and occasionally take in the beautiful view in front of me

Nice waterfront and good views of the island opposite . There is also an abandoned ferry that is very strange and somehow turned into a landmark?

A long wide enough pathway for cyclist with open air night food stalls where at the comfortable place. There is ample of space for family with kids if wanted to have more family hours here. Importantly is that the space are free for us to explore and walk around. No heavy vehicle in the boundaries, safe for kids to run around
