Trustworthy and reliable service provider. We had to charter a private boat due to our arrival time which was later in the evening and falls outside the normal ferry hours. We also did a private charter for our snorkelling trip and Boatman was friendly, helpful and accommodated to our schedule. At SharkPoint and turtle beach, boatman helped us find spots so we could easily spot the black tip/turtles. Return to mainland was a shared ferry and that too was superb. Fuss Free transaction. Will definitely be back.

Great “ferry” service to and from Perhentian Islands. Definitely not a ferry boat. They are more like twin engine and single engine transportation boats holding anywhere from 15-28 people. Expect your trip to be overcrowded with people to the max (or a few extra) as well as transporting baggage and supplies to the island in one go. Takes about 30-45 minutes one way to the islands with not a whole lot of comfort. Some boats just have benches to sit on the other no backrests. The jetty is usually overcrowded with boat service companies and taxi drivers. Don’t expect them to help you with your luggage onto and off the boat. Price is 35MYR each way and the schedule is flexible. Our boat was 30+ minutes late coming back. Van shuttle to airport is 30MYR one way as well. Expect to pay 30MYR conservation fee at jetty before boarding boat. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and informative. Overall, the price is probably higher than it should be for the quality of service and safety of passengers on the boat. Tip: leave the ferry or islands before 11am or after 2pm as they are taking part in lunch and prayer around noon.

We booked a daily Snorkeling Trip to Perhentian Island and the organization was horrible. We paid for the trip, but when we came to the ferry, we had to pay an additional 35 MYR per person Boat drivers were driving like maniacs. The start time was 10 a.m., but they picked us up 30-40 minutes later. We went to all visiting points, but we were there for 15-20 minutes, and the "guide" didn't know English, so we didn't understand anything. The trip finished 30 minutes earlier. They left as at village for lunch that we had to pay, and the food was not so good, nothing non-spicey for kids. We waited for 3 hours for the boat to pick us up and return to the coast. That wouldn't be so bad if the beach were ok for swimming, but it looks like in the picture below. During the whole "trip," we had to ask around which boat was ours and where we needed to go. So the daily trip lasted for 3h!!! We were basically waiting for some boat the whole day. When we arrived back, we complained to the agency, but they didn't care. If you want to enjoy these beautiful islands, don't book this tour.

Terbaik matol mantap abe yuyi the bomb! He picked us up, let us take our speaker out with mike and have karaoke session in the van. For return trip, he took us to keropok lekor place before sending us back to airport! A very smooth and great service by the company!

I booked the snorkeling day trip for sometime in August, it was 115rm with return trips to and from Perhentian Islands and stops at five different points around the islands. Four of these were for snorkeling (including fish point/coral garden, turtle point, shark point). Be aware there is an additional 35rm conservation fee, this is a government fee to enter the islands and not from Seven Seas. We set off in the morning with several other visitors to the island and I was initially dropped off at Taman Laut. The boat for snorkeling picked me up from this point. After the snorkeling I requested to be dropped off at Long Beach where there were several places to eat and then I was picked back up at 4pm to return to the mainland. I was travelling alone so I joined another group who were snorkeling together. I have never swam in the ocean before, and this was my first time snorkeling. Our guide Epol was absolutely amazing, especially since I was nervous. He stayed with me throughout and showed me the best places to see all the coral, sharks, and how to "call" the fish to you. He even took my phone to take pictures and video of me. One of the best experiences of my entire trip to Malaysia!

We bought the ticket in advance for ETD 8am with 40' boat time, we arrived at 10am on the island after a lot of caos and waiting. We didn't trust on the way back to mainland and to avoid to lose our flight in Kota Bharu we departed earlier than necessary (boat only every 2h) from the Island. Even at the return, half an hour waiting on the dock with nobody there to make any communication. Pehrentian islands are amazing, but boat transfer could be managed in a much better way.

Bad experience. The boat ticket is 1pm, the staff asked passengers to wait. Passengers want to take lunch, and the staff ask us to wait at jetty. The jetty boarding is dangerous. And they have not provided life jacket for passengers.
