staff
can
explain
on
menu
which
has
been
requested.
Simple
request
for
barley
with
no
sugar..but
get
hot
honey
barley
(instant
type)
service
staff
should
at
least
give
advise
on
their
latest
item
information.
There
are
table
request
for
2
fried
rice
but
get
only
due
to
out
of
rice
and
no
service
staff
come
out
for
explanation.
Replace
it
with
fried
mee
which
the
customer
didnt
request.

Overall

Will
try

re-visit

improvement.
But
for
food
satisfaction,
will
only
visit
this
cafe
if
only
all
other
cafe
or
restaurant
is
close.
