Very good and fast service by the staffs. The foods are up to the standard. One thing I like about this outlet is that it is well lit with natural light and you can view outside, because of the transparent glass walls/door. Because it is located by the highway, it can get packed at times especially the drive thru. Hope the management can improve the parking though, it is limited and there is no boxes to indicate parking especially in front the main entrance.

Very easy to spot this McD as it’s just beside Juru R&R, good business on both drive thru & dine in, drive thru collection is faster. Not all people practice self clearance of the table after meal and staff also take time to clear it.

Ordered nasi lemak for my son. Unlucky they put sambal together. So i request for replacement, but they they give new set of nasi lemak. So kind service. Good job McD. IMHO this nasi lemak much better than KFC

Quite silent during weekday dinner time, and easy to get parking space. Suitable for those who want to chat while eating. I ordered the new menu Kam Heong Chicken Burger and Fish Burger to try it out. The Kam Heong taste is quite good and spicy, but I prefer they can put more sauce to it. Now the set menu got the option to change the french fries to sundae without any additional charges using the online order kiosk which I found quite flexible.

Parking could be an issue during working days. However, one of their waitress, a Chinese aunty working here is very polite and friendly.

On 7/10/2023(Saturday) around 7:39am I had went to the Juru RnR Mcd Drive Thru for a breakfast catchup, then I’ve realised that the both ordering machines are not responding on my call as well from the counter side 1,2 so, i have decided to take another turn for ordering purpose while i was also getting late to my work & once after my orders were taken after 20min, from there a DT crew(girl) named Ms.Syafiqah was handling my payments & then yelled at her staffs “Wey Wrap ada tak ?, Cepat buat bagi customer ni dulu muka macam taik ! “ to prepare my order ASAP because she was so piss of my face reaction on that time while I guess that she forgotten that the window was kept open and as I have also listened the words “MUKA MACAM TAIK” that indirectly saying about me. Conclusion, I am not gonna make this as a big issue for right now but…requesting to the Manager/Superiors of this Mcd outlet to educate your crew staffs to not show off their anger to their customers & train them to work fast upon customers order. Remember that i have a video of the girl saying that words to take actions at any time otherwise this outlet food quality all are fine. Drive through was not great experience. I had to wait 15 minutes just for a chocolate pie. I was not alerted earlier that i got to wait that long for a pie. If I were to be informed of the waiting time, I would have cancelled the choc pie and kept the other orders.

Early morning food is slow serve, perhaps need more training during festival season. * I do come here on regular basis, I notice there are 2 working team in the early morning. McCafe Drive Thru super slow at 2:30pm. Obviously short staffed. Pity the barista keep making the drinks without any help to deliver them outside. A few customers went down from their cars to get their drinks inside the store.

Honestly, this place was under staffed when I was there last Thursday. Could be a weekday and therefore, the number of staff arranged. However, there was a long queue even on a weekday. It could be the start of a long weekend and therefore, ppl were out either to grab a quick bite or were traveling home and stopped along the highway. My recommendation is for the restaurant to be more sensitive towards holiday eve nd things like that. Anyway, the place was clean and friendly staff.

Drive thru experience. I ordered new Milo blended. The crew ask me whether i need kit kat or not. I said no. Just normal one. I told him twice.. but i received Milo with Kit Kat. He charged me Milo Kit Kat on the bill I don't know what kind of scam is this? Hahaha But overall the New Milo blended is good. After this i will order Milo With kit kat 😉

Visited for a quick bite on 12/6/2023 - excellent service from the friendly crew. Small touches like warm greetings and holding the door for us when we were leaving made this one of the best McDonald’s experience for me. Cleanliness is also well kept. Do drop by!

Recently drive thru here to order Mc Chicken set. Ordered large set and ask to change the drinks to Milo but was not heard. It was key in as normal coke. Ask corn as add on but have to repeat more than 3 times. Second bad experience here. The first one was drive thru as well. Ordered double patty, key in as double patty in receipt but was given single patty. Staff need to improve more. As a previous McDonald's staff in other branch, I saw a very huge gap in the service provided. Staff needs to be trained for better customer service.

Drive tru at 7.20am. Mention not busy. Yet my orders took me 15mins to be ready. The most disappointing drive tru McD ever. And not to mention d horrible state of the scramble egg burger.

It is very convenient for those from the North to pass by. During this pandemic time, the drive in facility is a good way to order food and to minimize contact with other people. So, I would suggest to those who really take after their SOP, if you would like to buy food during your journey, McD DT Juru R&R should be your option.
