    Service : Good and fast. Price : Cheaper as compared to other brands. Parking : Easy to get. Overall/Remarks : Its located at the 2nd floor at the back side. You can sit there while waiting for your item to be repaired.

    It was a great experience with Huawei Malaysia and support service of Ipoh centre. I'm based in penang and Huawei team manage to fix my problem during this pandemic time within a week.. Great job guys

    So useless. My laptop was stuck there for 6 weeks and then they called and said it's ready so I went to collect it and then they said need to wait for an hour cuz they haven't booted it yet. Genuinely so useless and unprofessional. Never ever getting another Huawei product again. Do not recommend these clowns

    Quickly and efficiently service. It just took me around a hour for battery replacement. Great service provided by the chinese male with spectacles cs .

    The service and staffs are nice. But the shop is quite hard to find in De Garden, the floor plan is weird, and somemore there are no clear direction and sign to guide the visitors, I guess the main fault goes to De Garden.

    Good service provided during PPN 1(FMCO/Total Lockdown). No phone repair shop is available during this period, they provided Door-to-Door pick up service with Gdex for repair my tablet. Thanks a lot to them. Love u 3000~Stay Safe, Stay at Home.
