you have a good variety of transformers. lots of good stuff displayed BUT very bad experience at the shop. the shop was open but I was not allowed into the shop. was told to just look only those displayed outside. Seriously?! what kind of business is run without letting customers enter the shop? n why bother displaying if this is the case? I cannot understand.

Very Terrible shop, Lazy and Rude seller. Just want to get a present for my kid, and keep asking us the budget (what he think we cant buy a expensive toy?) Buy your shop also no problem. After we pick a item, ask price, seller ask we go website check ourself. Seriously? U dont want to sell the item faster? U wan we check the price then get back to u after? Two time i met this seller... the first time i was bring my kid go and this seller not allow us walk in to shop... the excuse is he was busy on packing shipment item and call us shop on website. The time my kid was really sad and disappointed. Good luck for who later wan to make bussiness deal with this shop. Trust me, u will regrets for your wrong pick. To owner, just close your shop if you want everything going thru online. Why you want to feed a lazy and rude worker for disapointed us and destroy your shop image?

Didn't believe about the rude staff untill I went there myself. The guy cannot even answer questions just keep asking customer to go away. And with a rude attitude. 😮

Rude, lazy and unfriendly seller.. been for their shop and the seller is not friendly at all.. asking for items and said to take it or leave it... some more charge 2% for debit card use.. didnt u know how to entertaint customer? Very dissapointed with this shop !!!!!!!

Friendly owner, but rude staff. Visiting this shop for a few times, always avoiding their staff, owner only in after 3pm 😅 Smooth and plesant transactions with the owner, like their products.

One of my packages unfortunately was returned to sender through a mix of the courier service and mine own fault . Called myhobbytoys and they were excellent in helping remedy the issue. I essentially received my package 2 days later. Add that to the great prices and ( usually ) speedy delivery makes this is my go-to toy store for my transformer needs .

Been buying from them via online platform. Never been to physical shop. Great place to get your Transformers, the fact that they have a variety of products. So far my order all arrived safely.They delivered. Customer Service pretty good. Easily reachable and response is timely and acceptable.

The Store Keeper Don't Allow Anyone In Eventho It's Only One Person, Cuz Only Doing "Online Sells". The Store Keeper Said If Wanted To Buy Stuff, Go To Shoppe And Search The Store's Name. I Found It On Shoppe But Why Can't I Search For Gundam? Or Even Lego Star Wars With The Search Feature... Makes Stuff Infinitely Complicated Since The Key Words Of The Product Are Misleading (Putting Gundam As "Robots/Transformers")

Came several times even came within the time given, but always not open.
