very bad service and not recommend to this clinic , I had wait for 30 minutes at reception, I’m not feeling well and almost faint at there.The receptionist so rude and never care for a patient.After that, I wait another 30minutes to see doctor , my situation worst and getting high fever, I had requested for fews day mc ! But that nurse scold me and said can’t request for more mc, if I can’t recover need to see doctor again and again. Pls use your brain before speak, I already not feeling well and get high fever, she want me to come and see doctor again and again.I need to queue for a long queue and wait for doctor again and just ask for fews day MC.What kind of clinic?! Some more let patient wait for a long time under the sun. The attitude so rude and speak nonsense. Really not recommend this clinic !

Had to give a star so that I can write a review, else I would not give even half a star. This clinic doesn't deserve this. The doctors here don't have any work ethics, they are not punctual at all, and when they come in late, they quickly clear the queue without properly checking them. And of course not systematic. Do not go there and waste your time. The worst clinic I have ever been. From top to toe nothing is good. Waste

Waste of time, come at 9.45 am, right now 1pm still waiting to see doctor, if can give 0 star will give 0 star, not that many people, whats the problem waiting for so long!?i have to go work at 1pm, please be more mindful of people, work faster. Jeez selamat bulan puasa kalau tak maki dah.

Not recommended to come here. Receptionist very rude and the staffs includes doctor not entertain the patient well. No chances at all to speak with doctor about our condition. Doctor promised to provide mc during medical treatment but at the medicine counter staff refuse to issue mc. My first and last visit!!! (Staff need to eat more sugar)

The worst receptionist and doctor. The receptionist treat us like no money to pay them, very rude behaviour. The doctor not even touch to check. Just write down the medicine according to the sickness that the patient said.

Counter service very slow and the staff not so friendly. But doctor is good. Take note that they just accept payment by cash only.

Worst doctor and staff The doctor asked the other members of the staff to prepare the injection. Both the staff and the doctor handle the injection while wearing no gloves and with no awareness at all. Really curious how they became doctors without understanding the rudiments. Even the average person is aware of the potential for contamination. This occurred on March 23, 2023, at 8:50 p.m.

I reached the clinic at 7.05am and the nurse told me the doctor is rushing to another place and the next doctor will be coming in ard 7.40am. But cannot confirmed the time of 7.40am. I request for the current doctor to have a check on me as I was the only patient left that time , but was refused. This is so call 24 hrs and just keep patient who is sick waiting. Will never come to such irresponsible clinic anymore.

Bad receptionist..and the doctor not given me mc today as I coughing so badly. Better I go for others clinic, even not cost for a star actually.

Have to queue for long time. Even more than 2 hours just to get the medicine. They use old system. Make it worse. Others, doctors & staffs were nice & friendly.

Avoid if you can. Especially monday. Waiting time is extremely long. 1-2 hours usually if you are lucky. Still waiting. Unfortunately its the only panel clinic nearby.

Worse clinic with a very bad service. The receptionist is very rude and the doctor are cocky. Don't come here whether it's an emergency or not. Find other clinics. Don't waste your time here waiting for hours just to get a poor medical checkup from an arrogant doctor. The clinic are in very poor condition and dirty. Everything is just sucks here.

I wonder how this clinic is still running. Dust from ceiling. Dust all around the photo frames. Dirty walls. Cat sleeping on the bench. Long waiting process to even collect the meds. And their urine sample collection is done with a used container that was washed. Even the Dr's room had fungus all around the sink.

Rude front desk receptionist! The Indian lady spoke with a low voice and she doesn't enunciate her words well, couldn't really hear what she said thus asked her to repeat her question but she rolled her eyes at me and said "HAR, HAR, HAR" pretending not to hear me.

The nurse working too slow, waiting 1 hour still not registered and can't consult the doctor, tell me in front got 2 patient but is called another 4 patient name... Medicine part also waiting long

Worst clinic that I've attended ever. Worst service from receptionist....very rude and unprofessional. A medical service should priorities on the medical condition cases too. Rather than just ask people to wait. Do you know how painful someone can bare it?? Yes i respect people who already there. But it's not wrong to priorities the worse medical condition. Not recommended if you are so sick and need immediate medical assistance. Don't go there. Klinik not clean also. Smelly and dirty.

Been waiting here for now 3 hours for a medical check up. Many people that came before me has left. So did many people that came after me. After 3 hours only x-ray done, now need to wait for another hour or a hour and a half. Staff at the counter are also beyond rude, yelling and screaming at foreigners. The toilet is really in bad condition, urine cups (disposable) are reused and the patient is the one that has to wash them. What if this gives wrong results? If I can I would give it no stars. From a person that used to work in my family clinic, this clinic is beyond deplorable. People only come here, due to it being a panel clinic only. Hope companies can review through before selecting this clinic as a panel.

Receptionist not friendly and inpatient. Waited 2 hours to perform x-ray. The X-ray only took 5 mins, wait another 20 mins to get the x-ray image. Not allow to make appointment. Wasting time.

claimed as 24hour clinic..but even at 7.15am in the morning,dr not there and claimed dr will only be there after 30mins..if no doctor and u cannot manage patients, means its not suppose to be a 24hour clinic..and its not even midnight or very early morning..staff dont even attended for enquiry..the counter staff buat tak taw je org mai clinic

This klinik is the first time im feel super no professional klinik! Dr is very good but the nurse is super slow motion work as well! Only wait for taking medicine need waiting more than 40min by the way that time is no patient. After complain then in 2min already can get it...

I got into an accident with bruise and injuries all over my leg and they gave me one day mc. No brain cells , I can’t even walk properly and I go to different clinic and get one week mc.

I’ve been attending here since I was 12 maybe, and It’s definitely one of the first clinic I’d go to when my gastric acting up. I also went here in the middle of the night, 3 am. Everything was good. I was confused by all of this low reviews but I do not blame them, everyone has a different experience. The doctors are great. I still remember the first time my gastric was in the worst state and they makes it easier for me to be admitted in hospital by filing everything. One of the female doctors are very professional as I talk to her. She let me take my mcs.

This clinic got no doctor at night. Won't tell you that doctor is not around until you ask Waiting for 3 hours. Sick become even more sick. Strongly not recommended for this irresponsible clinic.
