Do not be fooled by the promotion advertised in Agoda . This hotel doesn't honor The Contract in fact asked me to pay separate additional money for their minimum hotel rate of RM60-RM70 . This hotel use Agoda to promote their hotel Only . This is my first time encounter such unethical business practice

Katil keras & TV takde function also. Never ever walk in into this terrible hotel again especially the old man. Please improve your manner.

Booked the room through OYO website, but it seems like the old uncle didn't reserved our rooms accordingly, but gladly they have rooms for us that night. My room is moderately clean, clean bedsheet and towel, comfy pillow, well-functioned toilet, I slept quite well throughout the 2 night stays. The only bad side is the uncle look too fierce and not welcoming, but he did returned the deposit once we checkout the room. Great location to foods and malls, would definitely come back again.

Honestly the worst service and hotel I've ever been too. Booked through Agoda but the uncle says our room reserved for someone else and needs extra charge to get the same type of room. No cash, ask for cash and we got the exact amount, never told us needed another extra for deposit. We were tired after a long trip with this treatment, just don't go here. Waste of time.
