Irresponsible seller 😡 I bought a baby Pom and it was sick at the 4th day and passed away after two days. The vet found out it has infected the Parvovirus. The incubation period of Parvo virus is 7-14 days, so it is completely impossible that the baby Pom got this disease since the day my friend adopted it. The seller refused to make full refund for me as they sold the infected pet to me. Buy at your own risk

A large pet accessories shop with lots of variety. It has been there for several years and their service attitude is superb. They do have some pet for sales sometime, and sometime they even gave it away for free, provided you buy a cage, foodies, etc...

The girl staff is a nice person, she recommend the products to me. Even you don't buy it, she also look friendly.

I go for the grooming thn my puppy was fever. Thn i checked her body got wound and the chop of brader🥺 disappointed how its happen😒but the seller's explanation was good but i wont recommend for the grooming☹️

Certain things cheap. But not for sugar glider food.

It’s my first time to take my 2 baby poodle here, and had there grooming. We told them to cut to 6’m and 3’m then after, otw back home yesterday we saw our puppies have wounds and a lot of blood. I wanted to go to the shop and complain to the groomer. But, Forget it. I just hope next time this wont happen to any dogs again. My puppies didn’t sleep well last night, And continuously crying because they’re in pain. So Disappointed.

Those dogs are barking unstoppably all day, especially the dogs in the "pet hotel". Can't imagine how those dogs were being treated.
