I've been sending my husky to this place for quite a long time already. The owner Mr & Mrs Ho are a lovely couple and very friendly. Willing to give advice. Very satisfied with this place.

Groom my poodle until hurting it skin now want to help my dog wash it's wound also very hurt. Grooming just few money, but hurting my dog is not any thing about money. My dog from very happy and open, now become emo and cannot sleep well.

They don't even deserve this one star. I mention very clearly that i only want bathing but they shave my dog without my permission! And it's super ugly. Really awful experience i will never ever come again!!!!!

Really disappointed. We sent our puppy to the grooming centre. Then we realised, he was bleeding. We called them to asked regarding this, and they informed that they were aware about it and apologies after we asked. We brought our pet to nearby clinic for medication and the centre only said a sorry without any responsible actions. I would never recommend this grooming centre.
