I've
been
to
this
clinic
4
times,
today
being
the
last.
I'm
only
writing
this
because
after
giving
it
several
chances,
leaving
with
disappointment
each
time,
I
felt
it's
time
to
speak
out.
1.
The
receptionist
really
isn't
the
most
polite
and
friendly
one,
unless
she
knows
you
personally.
When
I
tried
to
give
feedback,
she
was
extremely
offensive
and
defensive.
2.
Throughout
my
4
encounters,
I've
been
serviced
by
the
lady
dentist,
Dr
Lim
Hui
Xin.
I
must
say,
character
wise,
when
she
speaks
to
the
patient,
she's
patient
and
soft
spoken.
However,
her
diagnosis
was
inaccurate
for
my
first
2
visits.
Maybe
she
was
very
careful
and
I
like
her
gentleness
so
that's
why
I
was
willing
to
give
her
several
chances
but
I've
had
to
pay
for
her
carefulness.
To
be
fair,
she
did
eventually
fixed
2/3
of
the
problem
on
the
3rd
visit.
3.
What
brought
about
this
review
is
today's
encounter.
While
fixing
my
tooth,
she
constantly
drop
her
tools
on
my
chest.
May
I
repeat,
DROPPED
the
tools.
Imagine
you
have
your
mouth
opened
throughout
and
a
dental
equipment
that
could
potentially
be
sharp
dropped
onto
your
chest
with
a
thud
repeatedly.
How
would
you
feel?
Pretty
scared
and
unsafe
I
guess.
That's
how
i
felt.
I
also
think
it's
utterly
unprofessional.
4.
Therefore,
I
decided
to
voice
out
and
seek
to
give
feedback
to
the
main
doctor
of
this
clinic,
Dr.
Sukhpal
Singh,
hoping
that
will
be
taken
into
consideration
for
improvement
sake.
What
shocked
me
was
his
defensiveness.
He
argued
that
it's
perfectly
OK
as
it's
convenient.
When
asked
if
this
is
an
sop
amongst
the
dentistry
professionals,
he
said
he
doesn't
know.
He
also
justified
that
he's
seen
many
and
heard
of
more
gruesome
acts
of
other
doctors
if
compared
to
what
had
happened.
He
finds
it
odd
that
after
10yrs
of
being
there,
I
was
the
first
person
who
voiced
out.
Did
he
apologize,
he
did.
Did
I
feel
that
it
was
sincere,
nope.
The
body
language,
the
tone
and
the
constant
justification
after
apologizing
says
it
all.
I
guess,
when
you
have
the
monopoly,
it
gets
to
your
head.
5.
Nevertheless,
I
must
say,
each
time
I
visit,
I
do
notice
that
he's
extremely
nice
to
the
female
students.
Hmm....
Selective
nicety?
6.
Oh,
and
he's
a
perfect
gentleman
when
it
comes
to
chivalry
(pun
intended)
.
Trying
to
close
our
unpleasant
talk
with
some
nicety,
I
asked
him
for
his
name
so
that
I
could
thank
him
for
his
time,
he
nonchalantly
said
I
could
just
read
as
it's
stated
on
the
door.
When
I
tried
to
ask
him
again,
he
said
I'll
not
be
able
to
pronounce
it
before
sayIng
his
name
through
wearing
a
mask,
which
muffled
the
sound
of
his
name.
And
when
I
try
and
repeat
his
name,
he
sneered
and
said
he's
right.
I
walked
out
of
this
clinic
being
amused
and
perplexed
by
such
act
of
nonchalant
and
unchivalry
from
a
"professional"
doctor.
It
goes
to
show,
it's
not
your
profession
that
makes
you
a
human
being.
It's
the
character.
It
also
crossed
my
mind
to
wonder
why
didn't
anyone
voice
out?
Is
it
because
it's
a
very
Malaysian
culture,
we
seek
to
keep
ourselves
mum
so
that
we
don't
offend?
But
what
if
by
speaking
out
more
frequently
we're
able
to
make
a
change
to
a
bullying
monopolising
business?
Wouldn't
that
be
better
for
the
community?
Isn't
this
how
we
were
able
to
bring
a
change
to
this
nation
in
the
past
GE14?
A
HUGE
GROUP
of
people
spoke
up
for
YEARS,
and
see
what
happened?
I'd
like
to
urge
the
Kampar
community,
especially
those
staying
in
Bandar
Baru
to
voice
out
the
truth.
There's
so
much
potential
for
this
town
but
if
we
continue
to
have
a
small
mindset,
is
it
a
surprise
there's
a
slow
growth?
Speak
with
the
intention
of
growth
for
the
betterment
of
the
community.
I
speak
because
I
believe
there
will
be
a
lot
more
people
like
me
who
is
new
to
this
town
googling
what
dental
option
we
can
find
here.
I
hope
this
information
will
be
helpful.
I
also
hope
with
more
people
speaking
up,
the
customer
services
will
improve.
It's
a
win
win
;)
