New equipment but very mediocre set-up. 20 ringgit for day pass, which feels very expensive for what it is. Weirdly the person working here didn't know what a barbell is, but they do have decent free weights. No deadlift area though, no ab wheel, only 2 really old yoga mats. No aircon but the ceiling fans are ok. Free water.

Visited in Jan 2022. Per entry price has increased to RM15. Very new & well equipped gym. Well ventilated, bring own padlock for locker, has filtered water cooler. Not air-conditioned & the public toilet is located outside the gym.

Honestly pretty good gym, well equipped, clean and spacious It’s a little more expensive at 30 for a day pass compared to 15 at other gyms but for the quality of the gym it’s worth it Reception is usually unmanned and you have to knock to get someone’s attention but that’s probably because it’s quiet in general

If you can find another gym, any other gym do that before choosing this one. The staff seems to have lost all hope for life & their negative attitude is something I find rare in gym environments. The price is ridiculously expensive for a gym of this low quality. If you train short time, for a week, you will not get a entrance card and you will have to by chance be able to get in and out if the worker is around. The super negative man that works there did not allow me to train more than 1 time per day, which is crazy considering I paid over 170 ringgit for only 1 weeks training. My girlfriend wanted to use WiFi while waiting me in the lobby. The man asked for 30 ringgit for her to use it! It's extremely hot inside but that can be a plus if you are looking to sweat. Some of the equipment are good but overall I would recommend to stay far away from this gym.

This gym is super nice and clean. They have a squat rack, room for doing deadlifts, and basically every other machine you can think of, spray for the cleaning the benches, cold water that's included with the 20 rm day fee. The guy at the desk required me to have a towel, went downstairs and bought one in the market under the building. There's no ac but they have ceiling fans. Overall one of the best gyms I've been to.

Bad services,No Free wifi,per entry is rm30 which is outstrageous , The workers are all disrespectful especially their lady workers

My friend and I wanted to go to this gym everyday for the next two weeks. Unfortunately we are not from here so have to pay the 50% foreigner tax. So not going. Gym making 0 instead of 500+. Can tell the manager is a smart open-minded businessman...

The gym has fantastic equipment. Everything you would need for a thorough workout. The negatives are: - The gym is insanely hot. They have ceiling fans but they hardly circulate the air. Bring extra sweat towels as you will need them. - The staff are outright rude the guy seems so depressed in his role. You can’t exit the gym without a swipe pass which they don’t give to day visitors so at one point we were waiting 5 mins to exit. When we finally managed to get the guys attention he looked angry that we had interrupted him from whatever he was doing. A few small tweaks and this could be an excellent gym. 20MYR for a day pass

It’s on level 3 of the complex. 20rm for a day pass. Lots of good quality new looking equipment. Free weights as well as machines. Only 2 other people in the gym when I went around 3pm on a Thursday.

They charge rm20 for 1 day use. The equipment is ok. The place has no ac so it is hot. They don’t let you use their wifi because its for “staff only”. They also have a water fountain.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. The price is very reasonable and affordable. I love this SEVEN STAR GYM and highly recommend checking this gym out to anyone who wants to get in shape.I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new environment.

Went here twice due to It's location close to where I was staying. Found it a bit expensive for no air conditioning gym but was okay to pay for it to due its location close to me. HOWEVER, I won't be going back again due to the bad attitude of the female staff member working there. Sitting on her phone in the office behind a fan giving a sour face and bad attitude every time you ask for the door to be opened to let you in or out. Seemed very anmoyed she had to be disturb playing with her phone during work. Check your buisness ethics, you want people to pay 30 ringet for a no aircon gym and that how you choose to treat them?! I now understand why it's so quiet there.

Gym is quite nice in general however low rating due to price and also no fans on for half of the session. I am traveling and was charged 30 Ringgit for a day pass, which is a big increase in comparison to the earlier reviews. I have been to much better gyms in Malaysia for less than half the price. When going to the gym during the early afternoon there were a few people in there and all the fans were shut off, which seemed odd given it was the warmest part of the day (I presume a way for them to save money). Equipment itself is good and there are plenty of machines and free weights. Also free water refills which is good. Overall it is a good gym , but shame about the price and this will definitely put off a lot of travelers from attending this gym

The gym was clean enough, however be warned this is simply not suited to heavy cardio. The fans were soo poor, that it felt like working out in the outdoor heat. Desperately needs air con. Also very expensive at 30rm

Increased price for foreigners, MYR 30 per day entry. If you are Malaysian 20. It's the first gym of many where I have been in Malaysia that applies this stupid rule! The gym is good, little ventilation.

Spacious well kept gym equipments. Only downside its not air conditiones but then again , we gym to sweat 😀

Membership is very affordable and has a decent range of equipment. Overall a decent experience. I would love to see an improvement in terms of the general cleanliness of the space as it has a certain musky smell that is hard to ignore.

Visited the gym few days ago that make me so good! From all over few gyms in penang town ,but this gym has the cheapest price and worth for work out that’s why I choose to work out here !thank you to the man staff who work at counter he is very politely to entertain customers and fulfil our need as well, however the gym for single entry is now RM20 only ,the gym is quite clean vanish and good to work out here I’m happy to choosing seven star gym penang I will visit again for my next trip 🥰

Gym beautiful, happinese, promotion very nead and clean, the man operation staff are very good and fullfil our needs as well,. The machine is very nice hope to visit again in the next coming to Malaysia, especially the Single Entry in the gym is very good and RM20 only
