we conducted a function with buffet lunch and had a worst experience. 1. Changed the menu without intimating. 2. Promised koduva fish but provided only dam fish. 3. Chicken was of worst quality. 4. Mutton biryani didn't have sufficient meat. But the biriyani taste was good. 5. Plate count was also mentioned higher. Stay is good. Don't go for food..

Review based on personal experience Date of stay: 20th April 2022 Purpose: had to attend a family function the next day in a village which is in half an hr distance Pros: 1. Ample car parking space 2. Clean and tidy rooms 3. Personal care kit, linen, work desk, fantastic wifi connection (i had to work on 20th April) 4. Power back up 5. Location Cons: 1. Online booking is a separate channel that doesnt have connection with the hotel direct reservation. In case if the booking done online and if there needs to be cancellation or modification, the online booking team takes care. Still I heard from the hotel reception that they were not informed about the modification. Reception Staffs were courteous though. Still this is a gap in room booking 2. Some of Restaurant staffs were not that good. The replies weren't polite esp with a short guy who was wearing specs 3. Room service needs a lot of improvement that they keep missing the items that were ordered. 4. Food quality and taste needs a lot of improvement as well. Overall, its a very good hotel (minus food) to stay. Can be used as a one night stay if you want to travel places around perambalur the next day.

The stay is quite good. Rooms are of adequate size and well maintained. The Restaurant was a bit disappointing.. Could have had a wider choice in the Menu offered. Overall a good propert for a town like Perambalur.

Paid the rooms charges and while I checked the bills they billed me wrong two payments for one day while enquired the staffs were worst behaviour they didnt gave the refund or explanation and said it is my mistake sometimes they forcefully ask people to checkout from the hotel. pathetic experience in this hotel.

We go here since 2015, used to be one of my favourite place. Disappointed with the fact that they have discontinued meals option from their afternoon menu, which used to be outstanding earlier days. Rest of the food and service are just same as every other north indian restaurant. Pricey stuff with good ambience. Loads of parking space though. This restaurant is ample for a quiet and peaceful time with your family while enjoying decent north indian food.

Stayed two nights here on a study tour with 30+ delegates from several countries. A great place, friendly staff, excellent hospitality. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Recently stayed here. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. Surya & Kaviya in reception were very helpful and supportive. Appreciate them. Restaurant food spread was sufficient, perhaps not exotic. WiFi signal was weak. Needs to be tweaked. Gym available. A small one, but adequate for a traveller.

During huge gatherings in the marriage hall it's difficult to park the cars, dinning area is not sufficient enough in the marriage hall, good indoor arrangement, children's amusement park is a good thing. Securities at the parking area needs more training.

The room, hotel ambience, location and food was excellent. The only problem is with service as they were slow or sloppy in restaurant. The reception team gave wrong supporting bills.

Stayed twice an year apart. Building quality seems to have gone down. Broken fixtures in bathrooms, non working lights, slow wifi. Location and ambience is great. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Location is fine, last year the food was good, but now food varieties are very less and poor taste. Not that much worth for money.

The rooms are big, spacious, modern & well kept with comfortable beds and room to stretch with a nice desk. To top it off the staff are very hospitable and welcoming even at 12:30 am. However there are signs that a bit more upkeep is needed the bathroom door has peeling paint on the bottom and the drywall around the ac shows signs of water seepage & the tv is kinda bit too small, these are nitpicks however given the price of rooms here would like to see them addressed.

It is one of the most popular hotels in Perambalur which is located in the heart of the city… The hospitality is the best and the staff is very humble and behaves respectfully. Arrived early morning around 3am. Very helpful staff. Very near Siruvachur Madurai Kaliamman temple. Huge, sprawling and the rooms are very spacious, airy, very clean and well maintained. Very highly recommended for travellers who swish to visit the neighbouring temples and places. Special mention: Mr Kanagaraj (CBD) the South Indian chef / executive quickly cooked a special Sambar Rice, Aloo fry, pappad and Curd rice that was outstanding. People like him make your stay worthwhile. The morning breakfast spread was also excellent.

Buffet food was monotonous. They are hesitant to serve dosa, poori and omlette .they want us to eat idli and Pongal which has been already prepared and kept in buffet. Room was good. But Not happy with buffet food service...

This is a good hotel with good interiors and furnishing. The Restaurant is a big disappointment. Not in tune with the stature of this hotel. It needs improvement on many fronts starting with hygiene and varied menu.

Excellent value for money! One of the best hotels that offered real value for money. At time of stay, a room was about 2500 INR. The value offered was more than that offered for double the price in some hotels that I have stayed. Rooms were very spacious and had many features like good air conditioning, good lighting and light control . Rooms had safe, good functioning mini fridge, tv and storage Bathroom was clean and neat with both hot and cold water. Adequate toiletries were provided and more provided on request without hesitation. Ample car parking space and location was quite near town centre. But what impressed most was their service. I asked for one more soap without realising that there were already 2 soaps. But they provided these without a question. They made juice available to us even at 1 am. Overall, this is one of the best stays I have ever had and considering the price , they definitely deserve 5 stars.
