Super attentive and friendly staff. Modern and comfortable rooms. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Perfect location, close to everything within walking distance. Selection of several outstanding restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. All in all, it is one of the best hotels to stay in Bogota.

The rooms are large as well as the bathroom. The water got hot, and the water pressure was decent. The a/c does not cool the room. I just kept the bathroom window open. There's no laundry on site. They don't serve chilled beverages, and it's an act of congress to get ice. The concierge and bellhop were very kind. The location is great. There are a lot restaurants and shopping nearby.
