I waited in the children's shoe department for 45 min and no one ever came to wait on me. I needed to know the price and sizes of a pair of addidas tennis shoes. I also hate that they constantly turn off the escalators because my wife has health issues and having to walk up the escalators means that she cannot breathe. I do not shop here as often as I used to because of the escalators being turned off so often. The clearance sections are also not as good as they used to be.

Great affordable clothes!

I really like this place, it has many different things that can fulfill the needs of the buyer, from clothes to furniture or technology. Some of the prices are relatively high, but throughout the year there are many discounts seasons. In this place you can find also items of different brands, such as Tennis, Nike, Adidas, Ela, etc.

They have some nice clothes, but they seem pretty disorganized. There was no price on the shirt I wanted. The queue at the cash register was very long and moved too slowly. I checked on all three floors and it was the same. When I got to the register I realised why, they ask too many questions, they ask for your ID (WHY ???). Other customers are just standing there chatting after being served. WHY ??? Too many staff....but not doing enough !! I mention these things as was at another Falabella and it was just the same !! So it's not a Colombian thing, it's a bureaucratic disorganised Falabella thing !!

People working here are really nice. They always try to help you in any way they can. The store was neat, a little expensive on some products, but overall okay speaking of prices. The videogame section doesn't have as much Nintendo products, but they have lots of play station games and consoles.

Yeah second controll to get in the store was too much took too long. To get inside the mall your scanned documented and checked .... So why again at the store... Prises are on the high side
