Pereira has beautiful plazas with lots of vendors and pigeons. It’s a fun place to see locals selling their wares and get a feel for the friendly city. Plus it’s always fun to see giant horse statues. I wouldn’t say it’s an all day event but If you enjoy people watching and walking it’s a great way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Nice place plenty of history. Monument to Simon Bolivar

During Semana Santa week, the place was crowded! It was hard to walk around especially at night when there's a parade. Nevertheless, it's a nice square to meet with the local.

It looks much better after the recent renovations. A lot cleaner, more tourist friendly, with a lot less hustle from street vendors. I think security can always improve, I know it would never be perfect, but it can be even more attractive for people to visit. The lack of public facilities makes it harder and more expensive as you have to pay to go to the toilet, and if you are a family it becomes even more pricey. Good choices of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Paid, public parking available all over and available at a reasonable price. Good public transport connections and very easy to get a taxi as well.

Beautiful park. It was safe People, families, couples and friends all come here and chill. There are yummy street foods too. Everyone is friendly.

The day I went it was quite crowded, and lively. I tried to visit the church but, I missed being at the gate for the 12 o'clock mass. And they kicked me out. I didn't feel like waiting for the 4pm mass, so I will have to be there earlyer next time.

Pokemon stops galore for my poke fans. Food guys there is a small coffee shop with bunuelos to die for its on the left hand side from the church. This place was awesome alot of people, decorations were nice even simon bolivar has a covid mask went @ night and in the day time safe as hell

Some cultural and historic mixing into this park, you can see how big could be someone.

Excellent place for know the culture the Pereira, and enjoy the gastronomy of its eatary.

This place is just a paved square, with the huge sculpture of nacked Simon Bolivar on a horse and it gives a view of the cathedral. There are nice old trees around with little shade.

Lots of shops around this square , cheap and good merchandise. Heartwarming people

Excelent food and drinks and view of the Park. A Halloween night in Pereira.

Very nice place to visit. Safe and calm.

Second floor has a movie theater and a good variety of restaurants.
