I’m
not
sure
how
people
leave
good
reviews
to
this
hotel.
Either
the
people
that
stays
here
never
been
on
a
real
luxury
hotel
or
they
just
review
the
hotel
based
on
the
customer
service.
I’m
more
disappointed
than
mad
about
my
experience,
I
had
high
expectations
about
this
hotel.
I
been
coming
to
pereira
for
the
past
10
years
and
I
always
wanted
to
stay
as
everyone
used
to
talk
amazing
things
about
this
hotel.
Maybe
back
in
the
day
it
was
amazing
but
not
anymore.
Is
sad
to
see
a
hotel
with
such
great
potential
being
poorly
managed.
Customer
service
is
amazing
to
what
it
lets
me
think
it’s
not
the
employees
fault
but
management.
The
hotel
is
literally
falling
apart,
you
can
tell
not
maintenances
is
being
done
to
the
hotel.
Let
me
star
by
the
first
night,
We
were
clear
to
them
that
the
hotel
we
stood
at
the
night
before
was
bad
as
there
was
a
lot
of
noise
and
we
were
not
able
to
sleep,
yet
when
we
got
to
the
hotel
at
night
we
realize
how
bad
the
room
they
have
giving
us
was,
there
are
a
lot
of
bar
in
the
area
so
staying
in
a
room
facing
the
street
is
a
bad
idea
as
you
can
hear
police
sirens,
cars,
buses
and
the
music
from
the
near
bars,
the
isolation
in
the
room
windows
and
doors
are
not
the
best
so
good
luck
trying
to
sleep,
we
requested
the
room
to
be
change
and
they
were
kind
enough
do
change
our
room
to
one
in
the
other
side
of
the
building,
thank
you
for
that.
Now
if
we
talk
about
the
room
aspect,
let
me
start
by
saying
that
the
rooms
smell
moldy
and
old,
do
not
even
try
opening
the
closets
door
because
your
cloth
and
everything
will
smell
bad
after.
When
you
are
taking
a
shower
the
water
goes
down
extremely
slow
so
you
are
showering
in
the
puddle
of
water,
the
bathroom
walls
are
moldy,
the
doors
in
the
bathroom
sink
are
falling
apart
and
the
hinches
are
rusted
reason
why
they
are
falling,
the
bedroom
and
bathroom
floor
are
in
bad
shape,
the
mini
bar
is
also
old
and
in
bad
condition,
the
rooms
are
dark
and
many
of
the
light
switches
don’t
work,
the
lights
don’t
work,
the
alarm
and
radio
on
the
side
tables
are
not
even
plug
in
and
there
is
not
cable
to
plug
them
and
use
them
so
they
are
technically
there
just
to
look
at
them,
not
blankets
in
the
rooms
just
bed
sheets,
I
had
to
ask
for
blankets,
towels
really
old
and
we
had
to
call
to
get
more
towels,
we
were
a
group
of
3
people
and
there
was
only
2
towels
available,
we
tried
having
breakfast
at
8:30
am
and
there
was
Barely
any
food
left
and
and
they
hadn’t
put
more
so
we
end
up
just
leaving
and
the
left
over
food
looked
bad
and
like
it
was
sitting
there
for
ever,
the
coffee
station
looked
old
and
in
bad
condition,
plates
and
cups
where
chip
broken
and
old,
I
can
tell
it’s
been
for
ever
since
they
clean
the
little
decoration
they
had
in
the
center
of
the
tables
as
there
was
a
dead
fly
that
broke
apart
once
we
moved
it
😪
wifi
didn’t
work
🤦🏻♀️,
soap
hold
in
the
shower
is
falling,
toilet
paper
holder
is
falling,
please
see
pictures
for
everything
I’m
talking
about.
Many
other
things
I
can’t
remember
or
write
because
I
will
never
finish
this
review.
Please
do
something
about
this
gem
you
have
as
hotel.
