I don't know who gave this hotel a 5 star rating, because it is not, nor should one be expecting 5 star service or accommodations. That said the rate was a deal given the location. The room layout is very awkward and there is no privacy when stepping out of the shower or changing. There is a very small closet and no place to put your clothes or belongings. Our safe malfunctioned but it was quickly fixed. The breakfast was good and the waitstaff were kind and attentive. If you're expecting to work, there is no quiet space. The rooms are well insulated from sounds outside but you can hear everything inside, especially in the hallways. We might as well have had our door open. The beds are comfortable and the location is good. Overall I would rather a pay few extra dollars to stay at a better hotel.

A very nice small hotel in a great location! Many, many activities around the Parque del 93 easily within walking distance. I stayed in the superior room with my wife, which was very comfortable and very nice - especially the bed and the shower. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, good but not anything special. The only real negative was the hallways had this weird smell about them - maybe humidity, maybe cigarettes - which was a little unpleasant. But overall great stay, and especially good and helpful staff!

Nice hotel, very kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast (don’t get full from the buffet, sit down and they’ll offer you omelettes, waffles and pancakes). The rooms are nice and clean (we had two separate rooms - both decent. The gym is not good! The area is great, many restaurants and sights.

This hotel was lovely!! It's in a great location. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our inability to speak Spanish. The rooms were very clean, but super small. The hot water in the shower was not always reliable, but mostly ok. The bed was super comfy! The closet smelled horribly of mold... Like open it and cringe, bad. The breakfast was simple and consistently good. A great option for a budget stay in Bogota, but don't expect 4 star hotel quality.

What a pity really… The hotel is nice and the room was comfy but I barely slept my second night there. I got awoken by extremely loud music from the room next door, I called the reception twice only to find out they were coming up to bring these people some kind of tea (saw through the peephole) and the guy asked the guest to lower the music laughing it off. Had to call again 3 minutes later and they came back up. This time the music kinda stopped but it was replaced by a loud conversation between the next door guests. Guy was screaming, a woman was laughing. Then they started fighting, then laughing again. I didn’t sleep at all. I will not return.

The room is clean, but looks really old. And you can hear everything. I wake up by the sex noise next door at 2:00am!! The wall is shaking, the women was moaning! You can hear everything! The service in the room is not good either. They only supply the shampoo in about 20ml for 2 people, and they refilled it in 3 days. If you would like toothpaste, you charge you extra money for it. There is no body wash either, you have to use soap. Eventually, we end up to buy everything ourselves. Forgot to add: The WhatsApp quote for picking up from airport is not the same as what they actually asking. The front desk barely speaks English, they can’t explain why extra money after pick up, why not the same. There are two phones in the room. The one next to the bed is not working. Every time, you have to go to the bathroom and call a room service.

The hallways are loud. If another room opens or closes it’s doors you’ll be awaken by the door slamming. There’s no ventilation, no windows to open or balcony. The only air comes from the A/C and it was broken so the only air was warm air from the ac vents They brought us a fan but the room was hot. The staff was nice and agreed that our room was hot. With loud hallways and no ventilation I won’t stay at this hotel again

Hotel staff treated me like family, took my bags to my taxi, they were polite and professional. The hotel was the right price. And the rooms were really modern. Please note: I would be willing to pay a little extra if they spent more time cleaning the rooms. No hotel is perfect, but rooms should be cleaner. Also Breakfast was perfectly made, it was a 5 star breakfast especially since it was cheap. Please tip the waiters.

Room was very outstanding. Had everything. Employees very professional. Excellent stay. I wanted a car service to/from airport. They organized it and stay was spectacular. The food was tasty and delicious. The employees saved my passport and paperwork during my stay. Tips are appreciated. They work hard to make sure that everything is going well.

Everything was great! The Breakfast buffet offered several choices. The room was well equipped and all the staff was very kind.

Not a bad hotel but a bit dated. Friendly service. Walls are a bit thin, meaning you can hear someone walking through the hallway.
