The staff was really friendly. The connection with the nature is amazing, being right next to the river all day. The facilities are environmentally friendly, and the food in the restaurant was really good. A good solution for anyone who is looking a place to relax, connect with nature, and communicate with local people.

For nearly the same cost you can drive 900 meters up and stay at the main Termales Hotel with high quality accomodations. The rooms here where clean, but the restaurant food was horrendous compared to what other similar places offer.

The place is excellent I recommend it but the food is terrible that's why I give it 4 stars very badly the restaurant they have I do not recommend the food they offer

Excellent place. I stayed there with my girlfriend, we did some hiking, jumped of a waterfall, visited the termales nearby which is an absolute must. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a beautiful nature.

Very nice place to stay ad the staff were friendly. The river tour was fun.

So much to do and see!!! Gorgeous place complete with hiking, a Forrest, and waterfalls!!!! Also a restaurant right next door with excellent food. A must do for the entire family. Will definitely be going back.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. The entire staff was BEYOND hospitable and made us feel at home. My family and I spent an incredible 4 days here and could have easily stayed longer. Quiet and good place to take a days for rest, family and friends. You can do a ecological trip by the forest, to have a contact with nature, sauna, pool, and so near of the santa rosa thermas. Great landscape and fresh weather.

Wow, this is a beautiful place in nature. The river and the mountain are right behind the cabanas. The cabanas are clean and cute. The staff are friendly.
