Terrible
customer
service!
The
customer
is
simply
unimportant
at
this
Home
Center.
The
first
delivery
I
paid
for
the
driver
wanted
me
to
sign
and
to
unload
my
large
items
300
meters
from
my
house.
He
had
a
hard
time
finding
my
house
and
was
unwilling
to
drive
around
the
block.
I
forced
him
to
drive
around
the
block.
The
second
delivery
I
paid
for
never
arrived.
When
I
walk
through
the
store
I
ALWAYS
observe
and
COUNT
9
out
of
every
10
employees
is
NOT
WORKING.
They
avoid
eye
contact
with
customers
in
the
store
in
need
of
help.
They
engage
in
conversation
with
each
other
or
like
to
use
apps
in
their
phone.
They
are
indifferent
to
customers
needing
assistance.
Only
1
out
of
every
10
employees
visible
in
the
store
have
I
seen
actually
work,
and
those
employees
are
GREAT,
but
in
HUGE
demand
and
hard
to
track
down.
I
have
never
shopped
at
a
store
where
I
felt
less
important
as
a
customer
spending
their
money
in
the
store.
The
store
manager
should
be
replaced
immediately
as
the
first
step
to
remedy
the
problem
there.
Maybe
they
just
hate
gringos,
but
it
seems
the
Colombian
patrons
were
severely
neglected
too.
