There is a heavy construction going on both sides of the building. Hotel doesnt mention it on booking their website and charges full price. They refused to give us a money back for remaining nights or make a discount and instead suggested to give a credit for future stay if we move out. Included continental breakfast is a joke - toasted bread with jam and butter and yogurt chucked into a glass cup.

Very annoying personnel. They clean the territory and premises and don’t care about your calmness and comfort. No air conditioning in the restaurant at and near reception despite installed ACs. They just do not turn them on, saving on electricity. Breakfast is nominal: croissants and dirty coffee. 2 bedroom room has 1 bathroom and 2nd bedroom is tiny without a window No elevator and you go to the second floor by steep steps. No bottled water. Just water cooler Rooms are clean though. 300m to the beach. The Personnel is polite As a side note I’ve come at 11pm with the last minute booking and it turned out they didn’t know I’m coming. It took 1 hour to checkin. Could be my mistake or could be the case for 24hour reception availability

Nice rooms, good service, located near a black sand beach. it is 3 stars hotel. It is very far from airport and all other tourist attractions, 2 hours drive in Bali’s 25kg/ hour speed w/ traffic. Lots of construction going on the area, a lot of noice during the day. The sea view is basically gone. Service and room are equipped with cooking equipment. It would be nice to have a washing machine for long term stays. Staffs are very professional. Very tasty 👅 breakfasts.

Extremely loud construction works being started nearby. Front desk looks friendly but a lot of issues arise constantly. I would not recommend staying in this place.

Where do I begin….Please read carefully so you do not suffer the same fate! There is nothing good that is noteworthy about this place apart from the clean, tidy sterile room, so I could go on and on and probably will but will try to summarise as best I can so just read the rest of the details to save yourself the same bad experience! This place is in the middle of nowhere….no mans land…there is absolutely nothing nearby whatsoever! At least 15-20 minutes drive to get to the nearest civilisation. This IS NOT Canggu but the next area after way out in the countryside! After travelling for hours and in heavy traffic, we arrived around 10pm at night and thought the driver had made a mistake and taken us to the wrong place as it looked nothing like the pictures and what I had booked for my daughters first trip to Bali. The location is so bad and the entrance to this fairly new property looks unfinished and very underwhelming considering the price of the accommodation. Not a good start! I asked straight away where we could get some food and drinks because we had not eaten, but there was absolutely nothing around anywhere and straight away we had a bad feeling as it was very eerie. My daughter was completely spooked and got upset and wanted to leave immediately. I asked them if we could please cancel our booking and find more alternative and suitable accommodation but they would not allow us and said we would have to contact Agoda. We felt very uncomfortable right from the start. It took us 15 minutes to even get a car to pick us up to go and find food and after driving for 20 minutes in no traffic because it was that far, the only places open at midnight were in the party area with hundreds of feral drunk people harassing my young teenage daughter and myself whilst we tried to find a quiet place to sit and eat possibly the worst food we’ve ever eaten which made us both feel sick. We then witnessed an horrific bike accident in which a young female tourist was thrown off a bike without a helmet on and my daughter was completely traumatised and distraught afterwards and could not sleep. I spent the entire night awake trying to sort out the problem with Agoda so we could get out and move to a much nicer place in a better location. We expected so much more for the expensive price we were charged and cannot understand what we had paid for! We were also kept awake by possibly the only other people staying in the entire complex who happened to be directly above us and making noise most of the night by moving chairs and talking very loudly. The building and pool area is surrounded by deafening construction with bulldozers and jackhammers starting early in the morning and continuing all day long and construction dust and particles in the air making it extremely difficult to breathe! My daughter and I were already feeling unwell and the constant dust has made us much worse and we have not been able to stop coughing! If your Bali experience includes wanting to stay in the middle of nowhere surrounded by noisy construction and having to book and wait for a car for 15 minutes then to drive another 15-20 minutes to the nearest shops, cafes and restaurants then great but this was not ours, especially for my daughters first time in Bali! You can walk to see rice paddies and more rice paddies, fields and construction all around the complex as far as the eye can see but that’s all you are going to see unfortunately! This is not my idea of a holiday nor is it value for money!

These are the best apartments in Canggu. Stylish flats with great views and large terraces, there are no more complexes like this in Canggu. The team does excellent work. Round-the-clock security and a personal manager on WhatsApp who solves all your issues. I've stayed there several times and each time I was satisfied with the team's work and the design of all the apartments I stayed in. The space is thoughtfully planned out, everything necessary was in the apartments, I will stay there again.

Do not book without seeing this place during the day first! Loud construction all around. The front desk personnel will try to upsell you for an ocean view room, knowing that there are no more ocean views, only large construction that starts early morning and doesn't stop until late evening. Rooms are not as new as shown in the pictures, with old towels with stains, and old bedding. Front desk customer service is non-existent, they will just ignore issues until you just give up. Management doesn't care either. They will just grab your deposit, which is not refundable. Very disappointing that people in Bali still run businesses in that manner.

Nothing "luxury" about this place. Pictures are photoshopped. Noisy construction project right next to it. Rats run inside the ceiling every night. Worst stay we ever had in Bali.
