The hotel view is good but maintenance does not meet the expectations. It is very close to the railway station. Charges reasonable. Maintenance not up to the Mark.

I booked room here for 1 & half day. But my bus was 3 hour late. When I start to pay they gave 200 ₹ reduction. Thanks Ethereal. I booked 800 ₹/day room. It is excellent. Looks very modern.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located outside the railway station on walkable distance. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff Mr Jobin ( Manager). The arrangement were perfectly done. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! Location is just opposite to Railway station and also where we have to board the bus to Sabarimala. Good location. Rooms are good, but wash room is very small. Stay is good for a day just to refresh and go to sabarimala. Nothing to see in TV as no channels are subscribed, but that's ok for a day to refresh.

Good location and nice service. Rooms are good with respect to the price. Staffs are friendly. Prime location. Only issue we faced was that the extra bed given was to small. Should have given a better one with the price e give.

Writing this review a bit late but I had to write this review. We had booked 2 double occupancy AC rooms at this venue in the previous week of this month. It was our Sabarimala yaathra time & on our way back from the sannidhanam we were supposed to stay at ethereal residency for overnight & visit Chengannur Bhagawathi/Mahadeva Temple. But due to some unforeseen circumstances & sudden changes in our travel schedule, we had to get back to Ernakulam & B'lre onwards. So though we visited Chengannur but couldn't stay at this venue & as such invariably we had to cancel our room's reservation. We felt it against courtesy to cancel our reservation over phone, so we went to Ethereal Residency personally & at the welcome desk met Mr. Jobin. We explained to him our situation & requested for cancellation & positively without levying any cancellation charges. He was such an amazing guy, very humble, he heard us patiently & readily agreed for cancellation without levying any cancellation charges. I really appreciate this noble gesture of Mr. Jobin. Though we couldn't stay at ethereal residency this time but we promised him that we will surely stay at the venue next time around. It's purely his humble way of interaction & gentleman approach that impressed all our team members. I would say Mr. Jobin is very apt for the hospitality industry & his conduct would surely take him a long way in service industry. Thanks again. We surely look forward for staying at Ethereal Residency on our next visit.

We have taken suit rooms & they said they will provide extra. But they give extra blanket.. that is not bed. Very much disappointed & not even gave required quantity. It is near to railway station. They can improve a lot in service. Bathrooms can be maintained better & doors are like a paper boards.

Amazing stay at ethereal! as soon as I walked in, I was kindly greeted by the manager, Mr. Jobin. And the distance from railroad stations was ideal. The bathrooms were very clean and came with new towels and soaps. Would recommend to any body.

I had very pathetic and bad experience. First of all no proper parking facility. My car's front bumper completely damaged as the bottom portion touched at ground while trying to park as the parking area is too above from main road level and no proper slope given for ramp. When I informed and contacted Manger he spoke very rudely. Lastly I had to cancel my booking through Make My Trip.

Excellent Experience !!! I visited Kerala for travelling to Sabarimala and booked this hotel on 24th & 25th November.. I was hesitant in the beginning since I was travelling to an unknown place with my family. But the Manager Jobin and the whole crew made us very comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy. Prompt room service. Whenever we needed any service like break fast, or going to medical shop, the manager made sure that someone was there readily available. Thanks a lot to all the staffs and especially Manager Jobin for making our trip memorable and pleasant. They were all friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Ethereal residency to all my friends who are travelling to Chengannur and nearby places.. If you are looking for a decent, comfortable and home-like stay in affordable price, then Ethereal Residency is the best place for you to stay with your family or friends !!!!

A very average option with average facilities The rooms and bathrooms are clean. But you don't get a bedsheet to cover yourselves nor do you get any soap in the bathrooms. There are ants and other bugs in the room The location is pretty good. Right beside the railway station

Recently visited chengannur with family for a spiritual tour and got to know about newly opened hotel near chengannur railway station and opted to stay. Well maintained rooms and very good hospitality. Mr.Jobin he is a gem of a guy and he will make you feel like you are at home. QuickTime response for any of your wish and always having a pleasant and smiling attitude towards guest. Must stay hotel and affordable!

The property is situated at the best location. It is right opposite to the chenganur railway station, bus to pamba is right in front of the property. The hotel is situated next to many restaurants. The property is well maintained and hotel staff is cordial and polite. The service was exceptionally good. Special mention to Jobin , he makes sure your stay is comfortable and well taken care. loved my stay at the Ethrreal , in every sense of it. The rooms are beautifully done with great aesthetics. They are spacious and most importantly, very clean. All in all, it was a great stay here. Highly recommended
