Rude Staff infront counter,please respect people, bad reputation for Klinik Dr Asmah

First and last time to do check up here. The Doctor was not greeted the patient but rather looked on handphone. No proper consultation with patient prior to scanning process and the doctor is less knowledgeable. Rate 1 star because of the doctor's attitude. Better do the check up at Marina clinic.

Doctor explained well, the staff nurse’s attitude good.. If possible, the *OKU PARKING NEED TO BE UTILISE WELL*..On 14/8/22, me and my friend went to this clinic but unhappy with these two families, one family with black mazda parked his car at OKU parking and the other one is white colour car..I’m curious is it all of these family are OKU physically or mentally? I’m searching for the OKU signage but unfortunately none.. The owner of the white colour car almost an hour still waiting outside the premise, play handphone while his wife look after their child..This kind of attitude need to change.. My “OKU” friend need to walk for such a distance to this clinic and FYI there is OKU signage at her car.. Please change your mentality and respect others..If u at her position, what do u feel??

Tak best scan kat sini dah la staff rude. Husband nk rakam masa scan pun kena marah. I pegi klinik lain elok je dr. siap tanya lagi "taknak rakam ke buat kenangan" . Booking pun kena tunggu lama. Staff kaunter tak mesra pelanggan, sombong mcm klinik tu dia punya. Jawab call pun siap perli2 org yg call tu sambil sembang sesama depa. Kerja je pun, buat la cara kerja. Kita datang pun bukan nak menyombong dengan awak, kita datang elok2 jadi cakap elok2. Tolong la ubah sikap , orang yang datang semua sbb sakit, anak sakit, lepastu staff kaunter pulak kurang adab💆🏻‍♀️

scan explained clearly and understandable. able to listen to the heartbeat however the baby still so small. very comfortable during the scanning process.

Cukup la 2 kali je datang sini. 2 kali servis teruk. Mmg takkan dtg dah.Staff kaunter biadap. Buat kerja halai balai. Dah buat appointment pun mcm tak function. Lepas sejam lebih tunggu bila kita tanya kat kaunter dia kata "kalau walk in mmg lambat" aikkk padahal awal2 masuk tadi dh cakap appointment. Rupanya depa yang tak alert. Sini marketing je lebih servis tak bagus👎🏻 👎🏻

Service teruk gila. Dah la lambat . Bukan ada pesakit pun masa i dtg . Consult kejap je . Tapi nk tunggu ubat punya lah lama . Staff kt desk depan tu BIADAP . Cakap lebih kurang . Staff cakap nk tinggi suara suruh “SABAQ SAT NAH “ . U all yg buat keja lambat . Lagi cakap biadap . Tak mesra langsung dengan customer ! Mmg tak dtg dah klinik ni . Ckp mcm nk perlekeh org . Service teruk . Tak deserve satu star pun .
