First time pickup in store, usually will order online n deliver to the doorstep of my house. When opening the door, no workers come out , all stays at the back, after a while, then came out...

Service bad because early close not accurate to google. Just came at 9pm they said close but at google said 11pm...

I ordered online and pick up at Domino Raja Uda. I was 10mins earlier than my booking time. I need to use the restroom the staff on the right as attached photo denied my entry. Doesn’t allow me to use the restroom at all. So, Domino Pizza , are you telling every customers we are not allowed to use your restroom ? Very disappointed!!!!

The service have reach expectation and the staff is nice. For the pizza is nice. However, the environment clenliness may need some attention. This possible they lack of manpower but me always take away so still fine for me.

Terrible experience,place order thru FoodPanda, they put our pizza at lobby table without any call!!!!! I trying contact but the number is not in service ! I went to downstairs double check, they just put at table without any call!! ..The pizza is cold !!!!

Premises show open until 11pm but we went 1015pm the workers say already closed... But the sign open still lighting...

Raja Uda branch, this staff in the pic skill is very good, you know what? She submited the pizza done for collection button, BUT telling customer "awak punya belum siap lagi! Tunggu lah!" (yours not done, wait la!). The system shown done so no free delayed pizza voucher given. And her working records done all pizza on time lol. Actual time one pizza need 30 mins waiting time there. Bad tricks

Service really good, they also alert to send out the ready pizza if we use app to order. Dine in before, kids also felt excited and great experience there.

Staff was busy playing with handphone while I was waiting at the parking. My sis have to go in to collect the pizza!

Only thin layer of cheeses on the Mega Cheese pizza, which is lesser cheese if compared to the other Domino outlet. The texture of garlic twisty bread is a bit hard to bite. All in all, the foods were still assumed ok but need to improve more in the future.

Nothing different than other branches. Domino pizza is my preference if it provides similar price as compare to Pizza Hut

I order in apps, select drivethru pickup during MCO, all the staff standing inside, i waited outside with hazard light 15 minutes. Give up n park aside and self pick-up at the counter. Bad experience. Waste time!

Ordered at 7pm arrived at 10 pm what kind of service is this ?I will never order again .very bad service
