Don't ever use AWFUL delivery service of this Pizza Hut, their driver employed once is not local Butterworth people will have reason of can't find the destination (it was only Taman within 1km, beside this Pizza Hut - Taman Seri Murni). Still won't initiative say sorry to customer, their service never improve. Terrible experience!!

Bought onion ring, large and regular pizza. The onion ring as in picture was BURNT, not even golden. Also the pizza crust was thick as ever. Hope the food preparation will be improved in the future.

Good customer service. I felt pity for their outlets recently . Its due to not enough staff and they only have 2 staff service. the manager also tried to give their best service by hired contract staff during new year and Christmas week. They tried to put job vacancy but no one want to apply for the position. Yeah qudos for their staff service that work overtime to serve the customers. Please dont mad with their services. They tried to packed the order well to the customer.

terrible service. only provide cutlery after food served and requested. that one lady staff (manager?) quite rude to me and rolled her eyes when our eyes meet. and always walking from kitchen to the counter (acah busy?). despite having only 3 customers dining in, they still successfully messed up our order. ordered that 3-person-meal set but our soup and ice cream were never arrived. when asked the cashier about it, she asked back "tanya staf tak kenapa tak sampai?" like what? it's in the set kot. how can u served 1 item but missed the other that in the same set? but she kind enough to offer us to take away those never-arrived order. and one more thing, their garlic bread and spaghetti bolognese was damn cold. hygiene wise, need to be improved, especially under the table.

Bad service, staff not friendly, food take too long to be served, menu stated in the set not served completely. Although there weren't many people dine in there but the service is so slow and there are staff who are busy with the phone and doesn't even care to take our order. Overall i'm really not satisfied with the service provided and please train the staff to be more polite with the customer

Pizza hut regional manager should check on this particular outlet. Flies inside of the restaurant. Chatty staffs with poor service. Two more table occupied by malay families were treated very well,we as non-favorable race have gotten the eye rolls, placing food far from our reach,dirty cutlery, broken soup mug,repeatedly calling for service and intentionally ignored by the staffs and the list goes on. The staffs really need proper training on how to be professionals.

Food was alright but the service staff are terrible. They walk past without acknowledging after being called several times, that too at an almost empty restaurant. No spoons, forks, knifes, tissues or plates were given with the food and when requested, the staff rolled their eyes and walked away showing attitude. If you do not want to be a service staff, kindly do not work as one. Truly an unpleasant and uncomfortable meal.

Unfriendly staff. Not sincere to take your order. All coupon or voucher can’t be use here. Many times come here but all the staff have same bad behaviour. The food was okey but the staff never smile and rude.

Delicious pizza I can get nearby.. but I order it for pick up at the place and misplacing the address with the sungai dua at the island.. Luckily I order it for cash on delivery payment.. and the customer service is really helpful for to cancel the order via whatsapp.. Staff also nice..
