If you are no pampered-kind of personality, this place will do more than enough. I rented for 2 nights and have 3 bedroom with one attached bathroom to the master bedroom. Access to public amenities is super easy with security guard on 24/7 duty. River view is fantastic and enjoy the traditional chime at every hour of the clock tower next to custom department.

Went to visit a student here. Clean and nice. Guard duty at the main entrance for safety reasons.

An OK place for resting after a day out. The apartment unit was clean and very spacious with 4 rooms and 3 baths. The surrounding environment especially the open parking lot can be further improved.

Convenient apartment for traveller. Quiet near to kota bharu attractive place such as pasar siti khadijah, jewelry shop etc

If you're on a holiday, try getting a homestay here. As for us, we took one at the 18th floor facing the Kelantan River. The place is big (I think its a condo, not an apartment), 4 rooms with 2 rooms have its own bathroom and another 2 rooms are sharing a bathroom. The view is magnificent! The location is close to the city and getting a Grab is not hard. The only issue I have was the front road have a lot of speedy cars and motorbike.
