A big 3 storeys outlet with good facade facing towards main road. Good embient environment to go gathering.

The location is good, tough to find parking during peak hours. The cashier was not a very friendly one (probably on bad mood). Once the coffee is done, the other personnel also did not call out names but we had to self check and collect at counter without notification. This is a non -pleasant experience compared to other branches.

Parking is limited. First come first served. Place - spacious and clean. Got lots of chairs Staffs- friendly Location- near to rnr judi or juri (forgot the name) Nearest location- coffee bean. Family mart. Good place to chill with your friends? Yes.

Came here to grab my 10.10 deal. The place was so quiet and calm. Even though it’s DT outlet, there was no crowd or long queue at all. The barista was so friendly helpful. Totally happy and satisfied with the service here too.

I accidently drop my drinks when I walk to my table. I inform the staff to clean up the floor and apologies to them on my error and about to order another drinks. The staff inform the manager about this without my request and immediately I got my another new drinks without charges. I am surprise on this service and really worth to pay RM20 for a drinks here with the service provided

uneducated staff! on 17th june morning shift 'tudung' girl dont even listen to what I have requested and being rude for her own mistake! saying 'nak gula la pulakkkk ' while her work mates also said that I want sugar (think she have heard me(free hair girl). problematic staff here, inefficient coffee makers as well! already said chilled.they will still question u want ice or not😒lack of ' starbucks ' knowledge staffs.

This is my worst experience for all Starbucks that I had visit before. The counter service is really worst. I am waiting for more than 10 mins at counter to make an payment. Personally feel you all better visit Auto City branch or Jusco Alma. Please think first before you visit this outlet.

The place is cozy and clean, love the staff there especially the one name Atika (not sure if I spell correctly) I am super lucky to have met her, she carry umbrella and even walk me to car under super heavy rain, and I love her smile so much 😍 thank you Starbucks for such nice co-worker ❤️❤️

Irish Brew coffee is not sweet and tasty as advertised at RM16 lousy quality. Will never go Starbuck again. Not quality coffee. Local 3 in 1 coffee taste even better.
