Ordered 2 type of pizza, dont know just me or what, but i kinda look burnt to me.

Wanted to buy the Pizza RM6 plus the Mushrooms soup RM2, the cashier guy said to me that soup is unavailable, but then I saw they give soup to other people. Damit!

Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) outlet. You can opt to eat in there but don't expect regular eatery service. It's more for calling in and also grab n go orders. Best to order online or phone though. Walking in for take aways can be a longer wait since the staff aren't really the customer first type. Also, parking in the area is a bit of a hassle a lot of times especially day time.

Literally waited for one hour, theres only two customer . Foodpanda order? there's only 1 from 45 min ago. The manager is laughing and walking around the restaurant. Not sure what to make of it

I always pick up on time, no miss. But one specific order they tried to call me to confirm my online order, only this specific branch. I was driving so I couldn't pick up my phone. When I arrived on time they assumed my order cancelled. What the heck? I waited for extra 20min. to get my order. Please la. If you don't trust the customer, please don't do the business.

i ordered 2 personal pizza and waited 20 minutes, and when i went to collect, they forgot my order and asked me to wait. I politely told them i cant wait and requested for refund, of which they refunded. i consider that an extremely bad service for food industry. the staff who suppose to bake the pizza should know his responsibility. i justed wasted my 20 minutes for nothing.

Very bad experience coming to buy pizza and staff said have to wait around 1 hour … also pity with grab rider have to wait very long… please improve service

I saw it written boleh ''makan di sini'', that's why I walked in and ordered some food. Wanna go to a toilet, but then the staff said I cannot use it. I said but I had ordered the food and wanna dine in, can I use? She said it's for the staff only. Then why did you all put ''boleh makan di sini'' at the first place? Please larh, when people come inside and eat, people expect that you let them use the toilet too. If I know I can't use the toilet, I wouldn't have come in and ordered. There are so many nice restaurant in this street. There is no problem AT ALL when I went to the other Pizza Hut and used the toilets. When other Pizza Huts can, then why this Pizza Huts can't?? So dissapointed.

Not happy with the mamak lady cashier. Talk rude. No respect to customer. I give 1 star just for the pizza maker. That's all.

Some worker very nice but some are not, people that usually buy there will know. Although told by worker open on 11 a.m. but nobody bother when it is 11a.m. and still yet need to stand outside to wait.

I came on 8 May 2pm, the staff there ask me whether i can wait for 1 hour, today 9 May i went again at 4pm and the staff ask me the same question, what knid of business they are doing ?

Order Pizza, the waitress need to wait 20 minutes, end up wait additional 30 minutes to get it, ppl order behind me get it 1st, worse thing happened is 2 of the waiter didn't wear facemask correctly (hang at neck), I able to take their photo. Just imagine their attitude.
