Ordered online and the status show ready for pick up before I reached the shop. Unfortunately, I still have to wait 30mins there for them to prepare the food. No apologies nor feel sorry, just telling you food is not yet ready and without explaining anything.

It so tasty good though I order and bring home and then rat it. So delicious pizza ever better than KF. Not much I wanna eat all I want like if get nutrition.

One of the best Domino's in Penang. Why? Because its full of people here. With a hectic parking on a rush hour, its a struggle to find a good parking spot for a take away order. Staff is professional when handling a big crowd of customers but with an efficient system, the order was placed and executed gracefully. Domino's should make this outlet bigger for dine in customer so they can have their meals without rushing to finish it.

The pizzas here are quite good and nice, better than their other competitor in town. The staffs are friendly and helpful, willing to explain.

It’s really rubbish. They asked us to buy a voucher and we can’t use it before it expires. Then we were told at first that we would get free delivery if we spent over 20 ringgit. Now I’m telling me that because the app doesn’t work, if we want delivery, we have to pay 3 ringgit. I really don’t know how you do it. We who are in business have to spend money to buy vouchers! ! !

Very poor customer service in the Outlet I order 2 pizza via the apps And proceeded to order 3 more at the establishment As i arrived there i picked up my 2 pizza order and i was waiting on the other 3 to finish One of the employess he was look directly at me and pulled another one employee and talking to him quietly this make me felt unwelcomed and they even asked me why i was standing there like i had no other work in my life they also proceeded to ask me who's food was in front of me i told them that i ordered it online they dont seem to believe me and proceeded to took my order which i had already paid before back into the kitchen... I am just dissapointed...

Pizza is tastier,place is also neat & clean and can dine it without any hesitation. But the waiting time is bit long.Approximately waited for around 40 min to get my pizza

Ordered pizza and i was waiting for almost 1 hour and they were still preparing the pizza. When i called they said rider left and in the tracker it’s written preparing , it took me almost 1 hour 30 mins to receive my food!

Staff need to be more friendly... The food is normal taste...

Ordered though food panda, received undercooked pizza crust and found hair on it! Bad experience. Good that food panda had gave full refund to me but this branch need to improve on food quality and hygiene
