AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!! Recommended my toddler to do an influenza test but end up the doctor poke the swap too deep into my toddler's nostril until bled a lot. My toddler cried nonstop and was totally traumatized by the doctor. The worst part is the doctor blamed my toddler for the injury he caused. What kind of useless pediatric doctor is this, totally inexperienced in treating children. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, VISIT AT YOUR OWN CHILD'S RISK. Also waited more than two hours while the doctor have his meal in his room. Why book patients for appointments when you are not available? Very unprofessional doctor.

pekerja sangat biadap. appointment 530pm but until 6 pm nobody call me at all. I try call back to confirm and they ask me reach clinic 630pm (45 min journey from my house to clinic) and hang off my phone when I talking!? POOR SERVICE!

Very bad. The Dr are not so friendly and rude. The staff are pushing for medicine that not discuss by the doctor in the first place. Don’t know how to respect the customer. The doctor questioning about UMSC capability. Please be professional in this field. * I went here due to the reviews. But I just realise this people are smart. There are another site where the name of the clinic in English with bad reviews. Regret that I never view that site previously.

Ambience and facilities are very good, usually the doctor is accommodating. Sometimes we feel some of the medicines prescribed could have been avoided. But obviously we can't say for sure.

The front desk staffs are so rude, no telephone manner and can't even respond to customer's question in a proper manner. The lady staff just dropped the phone without informing the customer that she was not able to convey in English. What a rude manner. How can a patient rely on them with such a poor service!

We need to wait for a long time even we have an appointment.. in a few occasions, others who came later than us got to see the Dr first.. Dr is so friendly, but the management is not up to par and could be more fair.. there is other clinic that is much better in term of management than this clinic.

A very direct Dr who speak the truth! Very passionate in his career by helping and make sure kids are getting well soon. Good follow-up on scheduled appointments. Very experience Dr and he has exact 30years Long service award from this industrial!

If anyone want to bring your childrens to this clinic please think twice. If you bring your children for fever they will treat them at the corridor of the clinic only. Eventhough now it's already endemic. I felt so humiliated by the way they want to treat my child at the corridor of their clinic. Why need to assume that all fever is Covid19? And I'm paying whatever your fees is, not asking for discounts and who has visited your clinic knows your fees is high. Its not about money, please learn to respect your patients/customers. Note: During the pandemic period they started to treat at the corridor, at that period I understand well about the risks. BUT now the government already declared endemic and very surprising that may the only clinic wanted to treat at their corridor.

Dr Sim is the most best doctor for child heart specialist , my son was seeing him since baby and now he is 16years old. From he at Gleangles hospital until today, he didn’t even simply give or ask you for operations , he treats his patients with natural recovery if it was not needed. As he said not every children have heart issue will be need undergo surgery and if can natural healing why want hurt hurt the child immunity by simply operations just to let the hospital earning money? Because before meet him I’ve went to another hospital “I” and they asked for RM60k for surgery therefore we went to another options (Dr Sim)when that time he still at GMC, he said totally no need to do surgery unless the child until 12years old unable self recovery. He mentioned that, for the baby below 1 years old or newborn is not encourage to undergo operations, unless it is really needed or in serious condition. That’s the reason , we trust in him and let him cure our child. End up few of friends whom their child have heart problem also seek Dr Sim’s treatment which they are also very happy with it.

Took my daughter here yesterday. Got treated like a covid patient due to runny nose so only outdoor consultation is allowed, fine im okay with the so called strict SOP. Prescribed her with an antiviral medicine. She took once last night, vomitted. One more time this morning, also vomited. Came back to ask them for advise. Doctor said continue giving her that "antiviral" meds. I mean like what the heck. Maybe he likes seeing kids vomitting from his meds

The doc is good But the nurses service is really bad! Forgot to return my kid to me. Call me up just tell me sorry please collect when you pass by! No responsible

It's endemic now but still have to wait inside the car for so long even made appointment. Can you imagine how sick kids could be in car for long? Came so far away just to receive this kind of treatment. At least consider letting patients to sit inside the clinic and if doctor not available just be honest after all we paying so much

Clinic is very small but He is such an experienced doctor. He can tell exact date when child will be fine. He is just awesome. Never found a better doctor
