Very very poor customer service by the chinese staff.. When i went there on 21/9/21 around 7 pm, there was 2 staff, one chinese and another one Malay.. The Malay staff was already attending to 2 of chinese customer from same family. This chinese staff was just standing there at counter and attended to me after quite some time, and she stood so far far far away from me while attending (her social distancing was too far away from what gov has recommeded). She was not that happy to attend to me. After the malay staff were done with the other 2 customers, this chinese staff quickly told the staff to attend to me, and she just walked out from there.. The malay staff who attended was quite friendly.. After a while, another customer came, and this chinese staff quickly go and attend to her, and she was standing probably not too far like what she did to me earlier.. The chinese staff attitude towards me was so poor and horrible probably because I was wearing my pink scrub mentioning doctor with my KKM logo. And i am quite a regular customer at body shop, sunway carnival mall, and this chinese lady knew me very well, she also knew my husband and my sis in law, she knew all of us were working in one of the general hospital in penang. During last year after MCO 1.0, when the shops reopens in May, I went there to buy mother's day gift, this chinese lady attended to me, probably that time she has forgotten me because i was wearing a mask, later on after a bit of chit chat regarding covid situation, then she told me " oh ya, u r working as a doctor right, couldnt recognize u with the mask on ", and she immediately make a distance from me, which was very apparent, and then she slowly moves away from there. This happened while she was attending to me, and i havent finish with my purchasing yet. But during that time, i just thought everyone is paranoia about covid as it has just started, so i just ignored her act. But again, yesterday she did the same thing. I really condoned her horrible way of handling customers, especially healthcare workers. Came across lots of reviews about her bad customer service, but why no action is taken to improve her customer care, or body shop sunway does not value customers response... She should just sit at home and looking at the wall if she is too worried of contracting covid 19 from others.. If u are at work, do your work properly atleast for the money you are getting paid off ! Hope body shop sunway will look into this matter seriously..

i thought i was the only one they treat me very poorly, but after i read others comment its happen the same things to me. the customer service not friendly and we as customer doesnt feel welcome in that shop. Its a right to us to test some of products as it may a new or not suitable to our skin. I hope Bodyshop Malaysia will take these matter seriously. i prefer to buy online rather to meet up with rude and unpleasant customer service

Visited today and was attended by a rude promoter. Her reaction and facial expression was showing we were not welcome to the shop because I am a housewife and not affordable to purchase in the shop. As my usual habit, I will spend a little whenever I step in Body shop as it is my favourite shop since teenage. When leaving the shop and greet her Thanks....not only she never reply and showing her upset facial expression on my son. Yes....I was observing her when she showed her face to me. I hope not to see such workers in body shop in future. (read review below, I was attended by a Maly girl. Same thing happened was.....I was trying a testing perfume)

Service is not friendly and helpful. Product variety is limited as well.

I had similar experience as jean liew, encountered the rude malay staff. Spoiled my mood, so i went to bath and body works instead and did my shopping ..was treated courteously there. Next day went shopping to gurney paragon and shopped again in bath&body works plus sephora...the staff there were so nice...it was a pleasure to spend my money there. Gonna skip body shop from now onwards...not worth my time.

Terrible service While the first person (a Muslim girl) who served me was kind and helpful, the latter ( a chinese girl) was not. We asked for a tester of a product to take a look and she unhappily searched for it. When we tried the tester, it was completely dry and no product came out. We asked if it was dry and she stared at us and said “ya” in a very rude manner and did nothing. We left the store flabbergasted and insulted.

The Chinese girl with fake eyelashes really treat me unpleasantly/poorly. I really hope she will treat another customer better next time. I've been here twice, everything was good and the staff really helpful even it was my first time (that Chinese girl wasn't there) . But yesterday I was really disappointed and feel uneasy due to poor customer service by that Chinese girl but thanks to that one Malay girl, she treat me very nicely. Not to be racist, I just don't know her name.

Today i went there, i try n spray the latest perfume once that label ‘for testing’ or something like that then i pick the new one just see the price at the bottom of the bottle and this one chinese worker night shif today came and tell me that’s a new bottle of course I know, I’m not that stupid to try a new one, but then when I try to walk away I heard she say stupid to me?!! Thts so rude!! So bad service la here! Pls teach your worker especially tht Chinese women better communication skills duh.

The staff in this branch overall are cheerful and smiley when attending to customers. They are also well versed in the products in the shop, very helpful and giving useful advise for product range to suit my skin characteristics. Will definitely go back again to shop for more!

Service was so bad The face of the staff was unhappy and when you want to test something the staff just stand far away and look to you only ,when I call the staff ,the staff look very angry and rude to serve me I feel the staff feel me just want to test only, not to buy so the staff no want to serve me I feel very upset
