very
poor
customer
service
by
the
chinese
staff..
When
i
went
there
on
21/9/21
around
7
pm,
there
was
2
staff,
one
chinese
and
another
one
Malay..
The
Malay
staff
was
already
attending
to
2
of
chinese
customer
from
same
family.
This
chinese
staff
was
just
standing
there
at
counter
and
attended
to
me
after
quite
some
time,
and
she
stood
so
far
far
far
away
from
me
while
attending
(her
social
distancing
was
too
far
away
from
what
gov
has
recommeded).
She
was
not
that
happy
to
attend
to
me.
After
the
malay
staff
were
done
with
the
other
2
customers,
this
chinese
staff
quickly
told
the
staff
to
attend
to
me,
and
she
just
walked
out
from
there..
The
malay
staff
who
attended
was
quite
friendly..
After
a
while,
another
customer
came,
and
this
chinese
staff
quickly
go
and
attend
to
her,
and
she
was
standing
probably
not
too
far
like
what
she
did
to
me
earlier..
The
chinese
staff
attitude
towards
me
was
so
poor
and
horrible
probably
because
I
was
wearing
my
pink
scrub
mentioning
doctor
with
my
KKM
logo.
And
i
am
quite
a
regular
customer
at
body
shop,
sunway
carnival
mall,
and
this
chinese
lady
knew
me
very
well,
she
also
knew
my
husband
and
my
sis
in
law,
she
knew
all
of
us
were
working
in
one
of
the
general
hospital
in
penang.
During
last
year
after
MCO
1.0,
when
the
shops
reopens
in
May,
I
went
there
to
buy
mother's
day
gift,
this
chinese
lady
attended
to
me,
probably
that
time
she
has
forgotten
me
because
i
was
wearing
a
mask,
later
on
after
a
bit
of
chit
chat
regarding
covid
situation,
then
she
told
me
"
oh
ya,
u
r
working
as
a
doctor
right,
couldnt
recognize
u
with
the
mask
on
",
and
she
immediately
make
a
distance
from
me,
which
was
very
apparent,
and
then
she
slowly
moves
away
from
there.
This
happened
while
she
was
attending
to
me,
and
i
havent
finish
with
my
purchasing
yet.
But
during
that
time,
i
just
thought
everyone
is
paranoia
about
covid
as
it
has
just
started,
so
i
just
ignored
her
act.
But
again,
yesterday
she
did
the
same
thing.
I
really
condoned
her
horrible
way
of
handling
customers,
especially
healthcare
workers.
Came
across
lots
of
reviews
about
her
bad
customer
service,
but
why
no
action
is
taken
to
improve
her
customer
care,
or
body
shop
sunway
does
not
value
customers
response...
She
should
just
sit
at
home
and
looking
at
the
wall
if
she
is
too
worried
of
contracting
covid
19
from
others..
If
u
are
at
work,
do
your
work
properly
atleast
for
the
money
you
are
getting
paid
off
!
Hope
body
shop
sunway
will
look
into
this
matter
seriously..
