When call they just do not answer and have to try many times. When answered, I told them my puppy might have parvovirus and ask if I can take my puppy to them and they suggested to go Maxwell animal clinic. After 2 weeks another puppy of mine had the same problem and when asked them, they refer to Maxwell animal clinic. What is the point of having your own animal clinic? My house is in lake view but i have to go to Tupai to get my puppy treated.

I won't go into details. Very very bad experience for me here. I would not recommend this clinic if your pet is having an emergency. They don't seem to be animal lovers. The staff keeps telling me if emergency I should go to another clinic and that emergency cases must wait like any other cases. What self respecting vet, don't want to handle emergency cases.

Better to call for an appointment to see the vet. This will avoid long waiting time. The vet and staff are very kind and helpful. The price is also reasonable.

The best vet in town. The vet is gentle and has special aura that even my timid cats behave instantly. Reasonable charges.

I just returned call to the clinic .. but the staff who attend the call .. very rude ... When I asking something ..the staff laughing all the time At the phone and not listening what I want to said .. and I not understand what the staff said. ..coz the laughing is louder than what she want to explained plz behave with Ur customer ok ..

Don`t go to this clinic.. Took a 3 months old mongrel kitten for treatment and the bill came more than 150 rinngit! OMG.. it`s a day light robbery!.. NEVER again to this clinic!. it`s a con job here! Find a cheaper clinic elsewhere!

My regular vet. Prefer this vet over another one. Diagnosis are quite accurate. They prescribed better medicine eventho it's pricey. Also the vet is much more experience in my opinion. But do remember to book early for appointment because they're always fully book and walk-in is only on Sunday.

Followed timing on google. Went at 12 plus and was told doc not in and walk in is from 10-12 only when google says closed at 1.30only. So i said i will come later and i was told after lunch is appointment based from 3-4. Thats all the timing. Please make it clear on your page. The stars are only because the doctor is friendly and good to my Dog previously but the helper was horrible and antagonising my dog when i already told them she is nervous and not to keep acah2 touch her to see if she bites.

I bought a medicine and was told to use cash or e wallet because there’s limit rm30 above to use debit card and I’m only purchase below the limit, If I’m not mistaken there’s is not limit even rm1 to use debit card, I can lodge this issue to authorities.

My no.1 choice of vet in Taiping. Unless they can't do anything about it then refer to another clinic outstation with better equipment. So far so good..

My cat died during warded here. Though he was brought in a little bit late due to his unknown condition, but during his last moments, we were not allowed to visit him until opening clinic time (he passed just before clinic opening hours). And recently (after 7 months), they had the audacity to remind for his vaccination visit. 😭
