Great rooms and great location! Host was really friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on where to go and eat. Quick response on an emergency when my brother in law's niece accidentally locked herself in one of the rooms! Would recommend!

Great accomodation! There is a kitchen you can use, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean! The best part is the staff, Joy was wonderful and funny, they invited us to coffee and try some local foods they had cooked. Thank you so much!!

Worst homestay ever in Penang.. they are just doing a money laundering business. Never trust the pictures they put online. Too many mirrors in the rooms so that it appears spacious on the photos. Totally congested rooms with so many unnecessary furnishings. Doesnt have any space to walk. Totally unsafe for families with kids. My child had a fall in the house and required medical attention . The bedrooms had so much dust and was feeling suffocated the entire night. They even made us to pay for a scratch in a room door which we never used and were not aware of. The rooms had access cards and they make us pay 20MYR if we accidentally locks our own room. Never seen squeezing money for such things anywhere. Wish I could put zero rating!!

Everything is just nice... the room is comfy and super clean... nice deco... we enjoyed during our stay... the host is friendly... humble breakfast... the location is good... roadside parking quite easy... but don’t forget to download the apps and pay for the parking...

The shared bathrooms are regularly cleaned and are in a very good condition. The common room and the kitchen are also great, you can cook if you want to. A big kudos to the guesthouse for having a water dispenser. A lot of guests, including me had there own bottles, so we could just fill them up - what a great way to reduce plastic and save some money! The women who run the place are so friendly and welcoming! They also gladly share tips about places to go and where to eat. One thing to be aware of is that the walls are quite thin, so if you have loud neighbors, bad luck, I guess. The first night my neighbors were loud, but all the following nights other people moved it and they were nice and quiet. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone!

It was definitely an amazing experience staying in this beautiful house. Apart from the amazing furnishings, antique designs and decorations, the staffs there are so friendly and welcoming. They even recommended places to visit that serves delicious food/drinks and to have fun nearby this place. Definitely worth your money! The house is quite spacious and fully air conditioned too. Definitely a great place to stay with family and friends if you’re planning for a vacation/getaway.

What a wonderful bed and breakfast! After staying here for three nights, I am confident in saying that anyone would benefit from staying here. To begin, the setting is ideal in every respect. The room is a decent size overall, and the bed is quite pleasant. Everything was extremely neat and tidy. The restrooms that are shared are cleaned on a regular basis and are in excellent shape overall. The common room and kitchen are both very nice, and you have the option to cook if that's something you'd like to do. The fact that the guesthouse has a water dispenser is worthy of a lot of praise. The fact that many of the guests, including myself, brought their own bottles meant that we were able to just fill them up; what a fantastic approach to decrease the use of plastic and save some money! The folks who operate the business are wonderful to talk to and really make you feel at home. They are also happy to offer advice about where to dine and visit while in the area. There is one thing that you should be aware of, and that is the walls are fairly thin; therefore, if you have loud neighbors, I think you just have bad luck. Our 3 days 2 nights stay here was perfect! Location wise it's strategically located within Georgetown where everything you need and want is within walking distance. Rooms are clean and neat. Hosts are friendly. Definitely will come back again on my next visit!

The rooms are quite clean but common area can be improved. Bathrooms are okay too but toilets are usually wet since the shower is in the same room. Location is good. Amenities are all around.

A delightful stay at well refurbished hotel. The room was clean and the facilities were working perfectly. Friendly staffs also welcomed you warmly so it feels like home. A great place to stay and remind you staying at grandma's house.

A delightful boutique hotel in restored buildings. My room was clean, had crispy sheets and the aircon worked fine. Location is great with lots of eateries around and it’s easy to get around Georgetown on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. They opened their kitchen at 1600 to feed us, as we wanted to have an early dinner before our flight. Thank you to Anna and team. Would definitely return again.

I stayed here one night, the location isn't really good, I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. So at night better take a taxi. The hotel isn't marked as one and was kinda hard to find, looks like a normal apartment from the outside. I got there and no one was there to check me in , I had to wait 45 minutes because no one was answering the phone. The room did not have a window which wasn't great and the towels did not smell good at all.

Claustrophobic place don't trust the pictures! Toilets were not clean , dust was in the rooms everywhere. Didn't feel comfortable because everything felt dirty. Not worth your money for sure.
