On July 11 2022, we arrived the Bukit Mertajam Dominos outlet at 9.55pm. We ordered 3 personal pizzas. To our surprise, the cashier told me, she cannot take my order as the current order is full. Then the store supervisor said it will take about 1 hour to do my orders. I told her, I can wait for 1 hour. The supervisor insisted that they cannot take my order and told me the shop will be closing by 10.00pm. The advertised official closing time is 11pm. She was outright lying. I had been eating Dominios since 1990 when I was in USA and continue to patronize Domino's until today. The supervisor just give Bukit Mertajam Domino's outlet a BAD name. I will report till actions are taken on the supervisor even the Domino's Hq in USA. Other staffs are friendly but the supervisor must be discipline. Thank you

order chicken spaghetti but received it without spaghetti 🥲 I call them but just tell me because the spaghetti no stock so replace to me chicken lasagna, but it’s just feeling like I order nuggets but received the nugget sauce, hope you next time can call customer to confirm and let customer to choose other item replace feeling of not being respected 😅

The location is strategic and easy to find. The traffic is not very heavy. The parking spaces available makes this a very convenient place to go. The service at this outlet is superb, as is the norm for Domino's Pizza. And most important, the pizza was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the pizzas.

Today i had the most pleasant surprise. Mr.Afif i guess the Manager of Domino BM Jalan Maju, he made my day. We are a full vegetarian family and occasionally we do order Domino's Vege Fiesta. Mr.Afif today asked if i was a full veg person, i said yes. Than he proceeded to advice, that next round i should order Vege Galore or Quattro, because this is catered for full vege. Hats off Mr.Afif for the sensitiveness shown, a true Malaysian👌
