Clean outlet Nice serve and helpfull from FOH young beautiful female waiters Sucks ordering system and made me tension! Food serve hot and nice and tasty Cashier took more than 15 minutes during pay bill because of PC problems! Demmmm! Why manager doesnt interfere with this problems. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Please fix it. From cash payment ask to pay at other cashier counter using debit card. Demmm..

One of the worst pizza hut branch ever. Stupid manager doesn't help to guide the customer on ordering. Environment are not customer friendly. Pls avoid this place if you doesn't want to be disappointed.

First, the food was terrible. We ordered bolognese pasta, rather got the most disgusting watery unflavoured bolognese we've ever eat. Olio pasta was terrible too, well luckily it was edible unlike the former. Then, we waited for a garlic bread for about an hour. Only few customers there and they can't even serve a freaking garlic bread properly? No apologize from the worker or the manager whatsoever. The service was so bad. This place is an utter rubbish.

Dirty table and utensils, staff not friendly at all. Treat customers like thin air. No response when ask staff for a table. When ordering I try to ask for a menu but they think I'm an INVISIBLE MAN. Lastly I just walk out without ordering any food. Great work #Pizza Hut.

I love the many choices available not only for pizza, but also for pasta. And there're many side dishes to choose from. And I love the many choices for drinks. The restaurant also quite big and you'll have seats available for dine in. Because of its big place, the minus point is the short of staff to serve its customers. You'll be expected to wait for quite some time to get your foods when the restaurant is packed. Anyhow, the staff is very courteous, attentive and respectful.

Too bad.. Nobody clean up table n spoon very dirty.. My table don't have tomato sauce also.. Alamak la..

Dirty floor, staff didn't bother to try clean eventhough there are 4-5 of them doing nothing urgent. It was just like the normal roadside stall. Dirty utensils with marks of previous soup. Have to clean myself. But the plus points food was fresh and warm, maybe I am just lucky as there were not many people at that time.

Service is a bit faster & more efficient that the last outlet I went to (TF Mart Sg Petani). But was surprised to see that they turn-away dining-in customers when even the restaurant was not in full-capacity (did a take-out). And they have to rely on trainee or new staffs.

Worst pizza hut experience of my life. Even a 50 baht pizza on a dirty market in Thailand tasted better. We ordered a set with pizza, mushroom soup, chicken fingers and ice cream and drinks. Drinks served without a straw.. Asked to get the ice cream served later as it is a dessert but it was the first thing that was brought to us. The soup followed, it wasn't hot just lukewarm and had no mushrooms in them.. Then the chicken fingers were served without any sauce. The bottle of chili sauce on the table was empty as well and finally we got served cheesy sauce but I'd prefer BBQ sauce with chicken fingers as is most common. Also the chicken fingers were not hot. Lukewarm perhaps left in the window or microwaved for 5 seconds I don't know. Finally the pizza came. There was no base tomato sauce on the pizza it was called chicken sensation but barely any chicken on there instead it was a sticky chili spicy sauce. This was not mentioned in the menu. Overall a horrible dining experience honestly I feel I deserve not to pay for this but to avoid a big fuss we paid and left. However definitely never ever ever coming back to this branch.

Place is good but there's seems to be that it's understaffed.

Is very good services and good foods also very near ours places to buy it very fast to get it.

Been here few times and it's great to dine in here. The food are delicious, the serving time is fast and the staffs are friendly.

On the Go Pizza 1 for single person, value for money. Great!
