Worst service and staff ever. Not following SOP, ignoring all inquiries on phone & on site. O2 Klinik (Bukit Mertajam branch) doesn't care. They kept replying to the negative comments and said they would improve but they never did. Very disappointed with your advertisement. To those who want to have their vaccine jabs here, run! Consider another clinic.

My fav clinic to do general health screening, due to it is an aesthetic clinic so less crowded even during weekend. Dr Lee is so helpful and kind to explain everything to us, I can say he is the main reason we keep coming back every year.

Who is taken on the phone the person provide wrong infromation. When i visited the clinic the front desk staff service and respond are below standard. The person who provided information was wrong but person didn't agreed. before my visit I provided my driver off work and even if I try to visit another hospital, it's time to end the treatment. It was my fist experience to visited the clinic, I am never visit again. That place wasted my time. I do not recommend the clinic.

Best clinic I've ever been! The doctor was so nice and friendly. He ask whats the problem and explain the thing. Always smiling. Some doctor dont even bother checking on their patients. The staff was extremely friendly. He explained the doc was busy with other patients so it will take a while. After i got my medicine, he told me to eat the biscuits and drink water before i eat my medicines in their facilities that they prepared for their customers. Facilities top rated. So clean.

Came Here for SWAB test. a really understandable staff. efficient online registration through whatsapp. and provide softcopy of receipt. One of the cheapest swab test I've ever surveyed. Thank you O2 clinic

During this age , I suffered from pigmentation and went for pigmentation removal treatment at O2 klinik. They are so skillful on their treatment and prove significant result after 3 months. It makes my skin look much more younger and glow with confidence. Many Thanks to O2 klinik ! ! !

Poor vaccination experience - poor SOP, no distancing and disorganized crowds on the outside. Told the nurse about it but they couldn't be bothered. Hopefully I won't catch covid from here, I bet people with red/yellow profile on their MySJ probably can enter without any issue since they don't even check.

This is my 1st time to have treatment at O2 klinik. I would recommend O2 to everyone. Their service is good, doctor also very friendly and professional.

Doctor didn’t even check the wound, prescribed the medicine based on the wound’s picture, causing the wound to further worsen, not professional at all. The female patient didn’t even mind that the doctor is a guy doctor, what’s on the ground that the doctor is shy?? The one star is for the good quality medicine given.

Please improve your receptionist, the process is too slow. There’s only two patients waiting to take medicine, and need to spend for like 40minutes to wait and collect medicine. If you are in a hurry, not recommended to come here.

Dr Lee is a patient and kind doctor which consult me in a very professional way. Do find him for any skincare and body issues. He will helps you find back your confident and self esteem in order to become the prettiest women.

Don't bother making appointments because their appointment system is a total joke! Appointment at 10.30am, arrived at 10.15am, waited and waited until 12. Apparently they said they let the 11am patient go first, with no apparent reason when confronted. Service is also totally horrible with attitude issues all around. If I can give 0/5 I would.

Just went there for my skin review appointment as scheduled after battling with traffic jam only to be told that the doctor was on his emergency leave. No action was taken before by the satff to tell the customer earlier, no call, no message to tell about it. Wasted my precious time.

They are quite responsive in replying to my message in whatsapp. The doctor is very friendly and patiently explaining my enquiries. It's a satisfied experience for my first time visit.

Front desk staff service and respond are below standard. Unable to provide solution. Being ignorant and trying to push customers away like ‘u better go else where we’re full here’. If the system is unable to capture those who registered within 2 days ahead, fix it instead of telling customers that other customers were facing that issue. If the slot is full just block the registration. Do something about it don’t be so lazy. Thanks for providing the service but I believe everyone’s time is precious too. Fix your problem.

Everything was a breeze from the start. A very good experience. My go to place for my weekly swab test as the nurse who did the swab was very nice and gentle. The price was OK. Highly recommended!
