They are currently only accepting cash or Grabpay which is quite restricted options for customer. 50 percent off promotion now so it is a lot more worth it than other pizza chains. Due to Covid19, they are practicing contactless payment where customer will place the cash on the table and balance will also be placed on the table for customer to pick up.

Located just beside the petronas petrol station and nearby to maybank. The pizzas here are quite good and nice, better than their other competitor in town. The staffs are friendly and helpful, willing to explain.

First time order domino pizza in my life and meet some problem here. But really thank to Miss Amilia good in handle all the case. Thank for everything here. Good service and good for food. I will come back again for the food and service. Really Having a nice day and experience here today.

All pizzas taste terrible. very stingy on ingredient. Dry and no cheese although I ordered Mega Cheese. Awful, awful awful. The branch manager should visit other branches such as Kampung Baru Domino, their pizzas 100 times better than Bayu Mutiara. Maybe the workers here been trained to be stingy on the ingredients. Won't visit again.

Can we have a method to cancel the order? I’ve waiting for more than two freaking hours for a regular pizza and chicken wings.

Have place order at 6.58pm. it is 8.10pm and still have not received the order. Use GPS trackers and it is still not out for delivery. Call the 1300. Number and hold for 20 min, no one picked up and still holding the phone while I write this review. Terrible service and very disappointing. Kids are still working for dinner :( @NUR LIANA I just saw the order update finally get into the oven. It took 1 hour 30 min to put the pizza into the oven !!
