The lady manager (we guess she’s the manager) has provided her best service. We visited 7/16 afternoon and having difficulty to decide what to eat, she introduced us with patience. It’s the first time we were impressed by KFC service.

Ordered Dinner plate 2 set. We requested rib and thighs. But cashier said they have to mix with other type too. Must mix. If this is a procedure,why KFC don't want to publish generally so that they can lose more customers in future. KFC major product is fried chicken. Why so difficult to give the requested part to customers. We are paying the money not requesting for free. This is the different between McDonald's when we request part of fried chicken, we can get it. Change the way if you want to maintain the KFC's brand.

Not because of covid 19 but patrons ramai lah, kenapa tak buka kat atas utk makan? Ordering and preparation of food is fast compared to other branches so far. Accuracy of order: 10⁄10.
