Helpful staff but this is not the place if you're looking for help with a Sony Camera. They will send you to the nearby LKH Service Center which although they say they repair cameras, didn't seem like they even knew how to operate one. Only option is to go to the Queensbay outlet.

I love shopping here . The staff are so helpful in helping to decide the equipment wanted at reasonable prices. The atmosphere here is one of kindness and hospitality.
