A guest house where you will feel at home. The (three) rooms are not spacious, but comfortable with great shower facilities. Airco as well. There is a common kitchen area with tables and chairs. The host can provide food as well. The house has a nice roof terrace, to enjoy a cool breeze in the evening. The caretakers speak Italian, but the owner can communicate (via phone) in English and French. We can recommend to stay here!

Our experience at the guesthouse was amazing. We were five people, and had two rooms. The rooms have all what one needs for a comfortable sleep, and it was available also the wifi. I was quite impressed by the cleaning of all the parts of the guest house, (rooms, bathrooms + common room). The location was great, just a few minutes from the main square of the town. The reception was very warm and all the family is incredibly welcoming. Albano drove us to the canyons of Lengarica, and the thermal baths (both in the same wonderful valley, just some miles away from the city of Permet). He also indicated a pleasant restaurant where we had a great, but cheap, dinner. In the evening/night, from the terrace of the house was possible to observe the milky way and its many stars cause there were not many lights to interfere. The guesthouse is in a very quite context, so we slept undisturbed by any noise. In the morning it was amazing to hear the voice of the rooster's singing. The breakfast was rich with local products, fresh eggs, fruits, tea, goat's milk butter, bread, honey and other home made products. All served in the house's terrace, with a view on the mountains surrounding Permet and its river, Vjosa. It was definitely the best guesthouse I had stayed in for a long time.

Best guest house in Permet! Ilir is a wonderful host that will make you feel at home, the rooms are beautiful and the house has a dreamy terrace where they serve you breakfast, all fresh local products. Will definitely return.

We had a nice stay at Ilir's place. His family was very welcoming and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean and nice.

Good breakfast. Friendly hosts. The terrace is beautiful. The rooms, on the other hand, not so much. In addition, they are very noisy and do not offer a comfortable place to linger.

A guesthouse managed by a couple that make you feel at home. Breakfast components include fresh fruits and vegtables, home made marmalades as well as eggs etc. Room facilities were OK.

Owners are very friendly. Each of them came to meet us and si hi. Mr Albano helped us with organising rafting. Rooms are nice and clean. Mrs Basilica even took care of our laundry. The house has a terrace with a great view. You will feel comfortable and cozy here.

Wonderful guesthouse run by the sweetest couple. They made us feel so welcome. Beautiful rooftop terrace and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!
