We had two days in Permet. Great place to stay which feels like home. Lovely family, always smiling. Good breakfast. Highly recommended 😊

The property has a beautiful garden where you can relax, read, eat, etc. It's walking distance from the main square and from the best restaurants in town. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. I'll definitely stay there if I find myself in Permet once again.

Stayed there for three nights, enjoyed every moment! The owners were very friendly and made us feel home. Very welcoming and gave us gliko to try. The room was clean and comfy, and also from the window we could see the mountains. This was the only place in Permet which had breakfast included in the price, and it was very tasty. Overall loved the place, will definitely come back again for vacations.

The best Guest Hous in the city of Permet. The owners was very wellcome and helpfull,. When we arrived to the hotel they wellcome as with a traditional drink called raki and sweed called gliko arre, The best service and very good traditional food For sure we will come again.🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰

Beautiful place with amazing garden and terrace. Located very close to city's center in quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast was very tasty (buffete-style). You can also buy beverages here (water, sodas,beer) so you don't have to look for the shop.

Very Friendly and helpful service. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, great shower, plenty hot water. Very comfortable, clean beds, quiet and peaceful. Very good breakfast. Really enjoyed our one night stay there and would absolutely recommend it. Thank you for the experience.

Very nice and clean rooms, great Albanian breakfast and the loveliest owners ever! Close to the center but very quiet neighborhood! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! Info parking: there are a few spots on the property, but street parking was also no problem (September 2023).

The location was perfect, in a quiet street away from the noises of the cars or bars. It was extremely clean, and the facilities were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The garden was extremely beautiful, full of flowers even though it was August. The breakfast was ok, with several jam options, fried eggs, butter, cheese, tomatoes cucumbers, and a fantastic home made cake. The villa itself was very welcoming exactly as the hosts Ilir and Mirela were. I would say to the hosts to keep up the fantastic work they are doing. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. Great and quiet place. Clean and comfy rooms. Offered also abundant breakfast with tasty local items.

The guesthouse was around 5-10 minutes away from center by foot. The owners were amazing people and very welcoming. They offered us sweets and raki ( Albanian traditional alcoholic drink ) We asked for directions and we got all the help we needed on everything we asked for. The rooms were the cleanest rooms i have seen on my trip around Albania so far. Tv , air conditioning and everything worked fine. The breakfast was super delicious. Also there were free parking inside the property so we didnt need to worry about our car. I will definitely return again to Joan Guesthouse !
