I have been seeing Rachel for about 2-3 years now, when it was called Studio 164. I totally recommend making an appointment with her. Rachels work is always on point. Having thick Hispanic hair isn't exactly the easiest to manage. Rachel has never faulted on my cut, color or highlights. The whole salon has a completely new, fresh, welcoming vibe.
