What a lovely place to rest after a long day of traveling! I didn't have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate me at 8:00 on a rainy night in a very comfortable room with two queen beds The hotel staff were kind and courteous, they found us a crib and brought it to the room, in the morning they helped me with getting my children breakfast. They had everything we needed in the room - microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, hair dryer - everything we needed! The breakfast was amazing - eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt - wow! I didn't use the gym or pool, but they looked nice. And the most amazing thing was the price! $99! I couldn't believe it! Will definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through Toledo! Thank you so much for the night of rest for a weary mama!

We stayed there for four nights and every day I asked for my room to be cleaned and they only cleaned it once. The first time they cleaned it, they took the soap from the bathroom sink and didn't replace it. I went down to the desk to ask for more and was told they ran out. Seriously? If that was the case, they should have never taken the soap. I had to go out and buy some. Our shampoo was empty inside the shower from the first night. Every day I asked for it to be filled. 3 days later when I asked, she gave me a whole bottle of it. By then, I had to purchase some at a store. They ran out of plastic forks on Sunday for the continental breakfast and they still had not any by Monday. Every day I had to ask for fresh towels and they never came and took the used ones. The only plus to this stay, was Janette who worked the breakfast buffet. She was extremely pleasant and always had a smile on her face. She made you feel very welcomed.

Good experience overall, Front Desk staff friendly, and the entire building looked pretty modernized. Good breakfast spread with tasty cinnamon rolls and pancake maker. Room itself is modern too (that had a couple stained patches on the rug, otherwise clean). Good experience.

Overall it was a great stay with Holiday inn. Rooms were neat and comfy. Decent breakfast menu. Friendly staff, especially the guy with long hair and glasses during check in was super helpful and friendly( sorry I don't remember his name 🙂). Only little discomfort was the bathroom door which does not have a lock , We were 4 adults and we need to notify each other if we are using the bathroom.

Our rooms ac didn’t work and the wall behind the bed was dirty - looked like someone else spilled coffee. Informed the hotel but just got a ‘sorry’. Bright spot is the food is slightly better than even before the pandemic

I have to say I had an absolutely amazing stay at this location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Although I would’ve loved to have some vegan option for breakfast I was still able to get a few fruits to keep me on my day. There was one mishap in which the staff missed some trash in the room but upon calling the front desk it was quickly remediated. I highly suggest checking out this location if you’re visiting a student at the local university or if you’re looking for a beautiful getaway. You can enjoy the many shops at Levi’s commons or explore downtown Toledo which is not too far from this location.

I and my family have been traveling for the last week and have stayed in 3 other hotels including a Crown Plaza, and Aaron's greeting /welcome was by far the best. He was friendly, informative and helpful. Other hotel front desk staff could learn how to be hospitable from him. I hope his management recognizes what an asset they have in him for the hospitality industry.

Everyone working at this Holiday Inn is very friendly. They are helpful and happy to be there. The breakfast is good. They have a pancake machine that is fun to use. The hotel is clean. We stayed 4 days and the common areas were not crowded.

Very clean large room. Love the entryway. Nightlight in bathroom was a plus. Beds very comfy. Breakfast adequate. Fitness center was well stocked. Modern design. Couldn't decide if new build or total remodel.

When you first walk in the lobby it is clean and very inviting. The staff was great with a special shout out to Aaron, he was sooo nice and very accommodating to our request. He had a very positive attitude. The breakfast was good and covered all the basics for a quick breakfast. The room itself was also great! No complaints and would recommend if passing through Perrysburg/Toledo Ohio area.

The front desk employee was very nice and polite. The room was very clean and up to date, but in the two weeks I was there, my room was never cleaned. If I needed my trash taken out, I had to do it myself. If I needed towels or toilet paper I had to go to the front desk and ask for it. When I checked in I was told they would clean my room after the first five days, but that never happened. I was staying at this location for work and stayed pretty busy, so it was pretty aggravating to get back to a room everyday and find house keeping had never came. The location is safe and clean, but if your coming here as part of a vacation or something, you might not appreciate the lack of housekeeping, you normally find at other hotels. Also there is not alot to do in this area. Your going to have to drive to either Bowling Green or Toledo to really find something to do. There are "shops" close by, but there's nothing I found worth noting or interesting there.

Clean, quiet, beautiful room, beds were so comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing, a huge selection of good food. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Aaron from the front desk was amazing. He took me vacant room by vacant room through the hotel to find an accessible room ♿️ with “the most bars ever” in the restroom. Then while I was informing my parents, he came back upstairs with their new room keys to ensure they were happy with the new accommodations. They were overjoyed by the room and the hospitality.

Aaron at the front desk gave the perfect, most fun greeting as a welcome to the hotel. I hope the hotel managers appreciate him, because we sure did! The location was easy on/easy off from the expressway. The room was clean. We didn't have enough time to check out the pool. Breakfast was hot and the selection was decent.

Stayed Friday night/2 King rooms. Were supposed to be next to each other/were put on different floors. Breakfast at 8: am waited one hour for eggs and pancake batter for dispenser, spoke to desk clerk, still none. On our way out I spoke to manager who was condescending patting my back saying it's getting filled now but thank you for bringing it to my attention. A decent breakfast was partial reason for staying there.

Clean, plenty of parking. Quiet area and good employees with great customer service. I think the rooms has some scope of improvement. One of the bed did not had any space available for the person to reach. There was a couch in room which is nice however on the opposite side of wall, there is some empty space. May be some scope of adjustment would create a nice layout. On breakfast, most holiday Inn express has an option for cereals however this one doesn't and also missing on cream for coffee.

Stayed at this property while passing through. Checkin was quick, and front desk staff were very courteous. The room wasn't as clean. Throw up on the bottom of toilet bowl and walls. Hairs on shower and on desk. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Wouldn't stay at this property again.

A quick overnight stay. Beds were very firm. One bed had the sheet on wrong, and the shower dispenser for body wash was empty. The room was clean. A hot breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Overall, good but not great.
