Nice hotel but the elevator smelled pretty bad. The shower did not have good pressure and the body wash was empty .

Disgusting place, staff and sleepy sleezy add on parking fees. Housekeeping entered my room at 930 am asking us if we were leaving? Seriously? Check out is noon. Bathroom was broke .. place was the worst, never again. Staff didn't give A F!

Good location to host a business meeting. There is a fresh and clean vibe. The meeting room can comfortably hold 15-20, convenient location and walking distance to lots of retail and restaurant options. Did not stay overnight but in speaking to others the rooms were very nice for that price range. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had the BEST experience. As a frequent corporate traveler, I do not always enjoy extra nights in hotels. However, as part of a family fun night, we booked a staycation at the Home2Suites nervously bringing 4 kids along for the evening. The front desk, Misha, went above and beyond to fulfill our request for an upgrade to a suite. The room was very clean, stocked with the basics to make the evening easy to feed the heathens 😉. Even though the pool was a little chilly, it was the perfect accommodation, plenty of seating options (I worked while the kids swam), a warm shower option and lots of towels to keep them enjoying the area for a few hours. The workout facility, was perfect for me to get a quick sweat sesh in, while the kids slept in. The most impressive point to our stay, we missed breakfast, as my brain wasn’t thinking- an employee overheard me tell the kids, out of pure kindness, they delivered a beautiful breakfast spread to our room. I understand not everyone will get these kind of accommodations, however, the point, being kind to employees- goes a long way at this facility. They were already very polite and kind- but they really went above and beyond to make our stay beyond what I had planned. This may be a Hilton 2-Star property, but they definitely brought the 5-Star game.

Stayed here for a business trip this past week. My room was spacious and clean as well as a large part facilities I visited. They have a decent bridge workout room with enough equipment and options to get you by while out of town. I feel like the service could have been better, visited the snack closet a couple times and didn’t see anyone that could help me, eventually after going down to there several times I was able to catch someone working the front desk. I think maybe a bell to ring could help resolve future issues. All and all I think it was a decently run place.👍

Home2 Suites by Hilton Perrysburg Levis Commons Toledo is an awesome place to stay. The rooms are large, decorated well, comfortable and cozy. I have stayed at other locations in other states and they were top notch as well. I have always enjoyed my stay at all locations of Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Upon checking in one of our rooms was not cleaned and it looked like someone had tried to pry it open at some point. There was a large sticky spill on the floor in the kitchenette. Heat was set to high and the room was stifling. The pool area was FILTHY. Globs of hair, dirt and debris all over the pool deck. Beds are great if you like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Breakfast was the cherry on the garbage sundae of our stay. Toaster required three passes (set to dark), there were very limited hot choices, sausage was undercooked and the waffle maker had issues as well. Very disappointed in the experience.

Just a wonderful hotel. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms were wonderful and clean. Staff was friendly. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. In this day and age you don't find many places that are as welcoming as this hotel. Thank you all for making our weekend relaxing.

The bed was very comfy. The room was spacious. Breakfast had many options and was very good. I like that parking is close to the doors, walking distance to restaurants and shopping

There are better options around! Bad breakfast, to the point that Starbucks down the street made more sense every day. Rooms are plain, very basic, not very clean. The dark couch had white stains, not ok. They didn’t clean our room the first morning even after offering to do so at check in. We tried talking to someone about it, but it was like hitting a wall. Not sure who runs the hotel! The front desk people are not capable of assisting with anything. We left disappointed.

Other than Cameron, all of the front desk employees had no clue on how to answer questions or provide service. The breakfast was blah and had no diversity. They claim to have hot plates but then claim they are always checked out. Pretty sure a lot of people are just living at this hotel which is really odd. I had to stay here for awhile for work and it appeared that families just live here. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Waiting all day for a room 6:15 check in is crazy! Room was not clean crumbs all over the floor & couch. Hair still in the sink. Elevator smelled bad and front desk staff not very knowledgeable Camerin. I didn’t say ended up checking out after seeing the room 10 mins after.

Great hotel and great stay. Carmin and Misha at the desk do a great job of making a stay away from home just a little better by being friendly and attentive!

I stayed at this hotel back in February and accidentally left my house keys in the room after check out. I contacted the hotel and the keys were located and the site staff said the would place the keys in the mail and took payment for the shipping charges. No issue at the time until a month later the keys never arrived. I contacted the hotel and was told that the keys were still at the front desk and that they haven't been mailed out yet. Another two weeks go by and the keys still had not arrived. I then contacted Hilton customer service to get them involved so that the keys could be returned. The site staff told customer service that they have no idea about any keys being left of mailed out. Customer service indicated that they will escalate that matter and that the GM would contact me back and they never did. Today is 05/18/2023 and the keys finally arrived to my house. No one ever contacted me, made me feel like I was a liar and probably was the worst experience of any hotel stay that I've been at. Would not recommend staying here.

An absolute must stay. We did a two week vacation from Toronto traveling down as far as Memphis Tennessee stopping in at several hotels along the way and this was our last hotel and probably my favorite. It was in a great location in this small town.. there were lots of things to do within walking distance and there were also many great restaurants. My favorite recommendation from the hotel staff was Blue Pacific... Follow me for a review on that one as well later this week. These sweets were absolutely huge and completely well stocked with all the amenities that you would need at home including a dishwasher a full size fridge a kitchen a living room and a bathroom that was bigger than my current bedroom at home. 😂. The front staff here is amazing and they are very attentive, especially Carmin.

Love staying here for business. They have every thing you need from your short trips to week long trips. You can walk to tasty eating and take your wallet, plenty of wonderful shopping between you and the food!

Room wasn’t the cleanest. 3 people in front of me couldn’t check in even though it was past 5pm and check in is at 4pm and no one seemed to know about this arriving to the hotel. They will also charge your card as soon as you check in for potential damages and such but as soon as you leave you get it back. As an adult who doesn’t have much money an issue here for a work trip. I was a little upset I’m not here long and guess I’ll be stocking up on the free breakfast they offer. I will not be returning to this location. Awful. Manger was rude as well.

Good quality stay and service. Levi's commons is a pretty nice area and quiet enough. Breakfast had a few less options than what I'm used to with other Hiltons. They have a spin 2 cycle which is a gym and laundry room in one genius concept.

We traveled to Perrysburg for a wedding and stayed here. It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was very clean, I liked being able to control the AC with an actual thermostat, the complimentary breakfast was good and the coffee they served at breakfast was above average.

Great relaxing location after a long drive. Pretty clean (drawer in bathroom with nail clippings and hair) spacious room. Breakfast is free, but not great. Industrially premade omelettes from egg mix, those waffles you make yourself out of the premix. But it's free, so I shouldn't complain. They also have oatmeal and fruit and hardboiled eggs. They told us we can't take any of the breakfast food into our car. I get home some guests might take advantage, but we didn't have much time to eat... All in all we are satisfied and will stop by here again

I am usually in full support of Hilton, home2 suites being my favorite hotel to stay with my family in. But this location has me reevaluating my favorite family friendly hotel. The cleanliness of the first room we checked into was abhorrent. There was red stringy hair all over the shower. I will say when brought to the front desk he kindly switched our room. Now the second room was tolerable but my god there cleaning staff needs to be fired. Around the toilet needed a real scrubbing, but we were far to tired to change rooms again. Now all that could be forgiven but I will never stay at a location that has roaches!!! I found a huge roach near the elevator and I damn near passed out. This location is stamped in my forever never again vacation playbook. You have been warned

We chose to stay here because it had a 9.5 overall rating which included a very high cleanliness rating. The design of the hotel was great but our room had old linens, a hair ball in the shower, a dirty bathroom, but the worst was someone used the couch for a rendezvous and left some of it on the couch. It was disgusting. We contacted the hotel & there were no managers on duty on a Saturday night and they couldn’t move us because they were sold out. We ended up paying $100 more & moving to a completely different hotel 15 min up the road. Cameron who was working was great. Contacted corporate Hilton and they did nothing. So disappointed in Hilton probably not staying in the chain anymore

This hotel has definitely declined in the past year. I use to come here regularly and the lobby was always clean and neat and the rooms were decent. I don’t know if it’s new management or what, but there’s been a decline. The lobby floors are sticky, they have dumpster bins just hanging out in the elevator area, which smells awful. They’ve also changed the decor in the lobby. There were just beach balls laying on all the furniture and around the floor which are a trip hazard. None of it made sense. It appears that a toddler decorated the lobby. I had to request a new room because the one I was originally assigned was dirty. Very disappointed, this use to be a nice hotel. I will not be staying here in the future

We stayed here with a pet and 3 kids due to a funeral. The check in was easy and the front desk was helpful. I asked a staff member for 4 towels after check in and we were given them right away. My kids acted up the first evening after quiet hours started and we were called very politely by the desk at 11 and asked to please stop, which we did. I appreciated how nice they were to us.
