Priority Pass should reconsider its relationship with this establishment.

Ordered a gluten free chicken burger, came out battered, pointed it out, the lady told me it's grilled, went back and forward, finally agreed for grilled chicken then bought the meal out 3 mins before I was due to board. Had a chat with opal "the manager" who said it was nice to meet me and have a good day. Weak customer service and basic human being standard skills.

Burger and beer was $50. Beer was cold but the burger lacked love. Recommend heading to gate 16 down the hall where beers are $12 and there's a window to the runway.

Excellent’e all day breakfast 🍳 in the afternoon, service with a smile, and as you can see good size portion, yes airport prices - however tasty 😋 *Aperol optional

Chicken burger was served 45mins after ordering…claimed docket was lost, and yet chicken was cold, presentation was laughable at best with the rest of the salad and pickles on the plate…and the burger turned out to be pretty average in taste as well…disappointing experience

I recently had the opportunity to try the steak sandwich at Hatchery Collective Bar & Grill, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the service and order time were commendably quick, there were several aspects of the sandwich that fell short of my expectations. First and foremost, the bread used for the sandwich was noticeably old. It lacked the freshness and texture that one would expect from a quality steak sandwich. The stale bread was a disappointment and greatly affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the meat in the sandwich was disappointingly thin. A good steak sandwich should feature thick, juicy slices of steak that are the star of the dish. However, the thinly sliced meat in this sandwich failed to deliver on that front. It lacked the substance and flavor that would have made it truly satisfying. To make matters worse, the choice of mustard used to complement the sandwich was ill-suited. The wrong type of mustard can throw off the balance of flavors in a sandwich, and unfortunately, that was the case here. The mismatched mustard choice detracted from the overall taste experience and left me wishing for a more harmonious combination. Given these shortcomings, I must admit that I was disappointed, particularly considering the $30 price tag. For such a premium price, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. In conclusion, while the service and order time were the only positive aspects of my experience at Hatchery Collective Bar & Grill, the stale bread, thin meat, and poor choice of mustard in the steak sandwich were major letdowns. Considering the relatively high price, I had hoped for a more satisfying culinary experience.

Cold coffee, asked for a hot one and it then came slightly warmer. Food average a best. Service friendly. Give this place a wide swerve.

Steak sandwich was cold, chips were cold and not just the ‘left on the side’ for a while cold! Both were very much ‘cooked earlier and left in a Bain Marie for a few hours’ Staff didn’t smile or look you in the eye. Food was ‘dumped’ on the table. Server sort of glided past the table an muttered “can I take the plate” as they picked it up.

Staff is incompetent. Placed drink order through QR scan and had to go to bar as they did not deliver it. She kept serving people at the bar that arrived well after I placed my order. Used excuse that they were the only one there. Should not matter you place an order you expect it delivered in order of priority.

Popped here to kill a bit of time before our flight. Great beer, cider, wine and bubbles available. It wasn’t particularly busy so there was plenty of seating. There is no table service, either order at the bar or use the QR code. We didn’t have anything to eat but the table next to us was having breakfast and it look like a good heart breakfast. Also a great place to people watch as it’s near the entrance/exit to the gates.

Possibly the best food I have had in an airport terminal outside of a lounge. Lovely present too, especially for the chicken curry.

What a disappointment, bar staff were too busy watching people walk past to serve customers. $40 for burger chips and a coke, and then it arrives and was just garbage. Avoid this place at all costs.

Have eaten here on multiple occasions. But Time after time have been heavily disappointed. Paying top dollar for an overcooked burnt chicken parmigiana. This is simple stuff that can't get done correctly. When I have addressed to the staff that meal is overcooked. I get a nervous laugh, followed by leaving the food at my table and quickly walking off. This is the 3rd time in a row. Time to go somewhere else. The restraunt requires you to order through an app which makes you pay upfront. So by the time the food gets to ur table. You've already been screwed.

Actual Rating: 0 stars Reached at 12.35am and staff said they close at 11.30pm and reopen at 3am. The priority pass lounge website says opening hours as 3am to 1.30am. This is absolutely ridiculous where multiple staff members are in there but the place is closed and contradicts the house mentioned on the Priority Pass website. Experienced first hand the unprofessionalism. Do not go here ever.
