    Very unhappy with the product manager in practice efficiency . This manger (Nicole) not only have insufficient knowledge to help the efficiency of our practice but also she (Nicole) showed very unprofessional communication. This is very unfair to pay for health engine but do not achieve sufficient outcome & services to develop your business.

    Not friendly for the practice, client could not cancellations their booking online and we can not cancel the booking behalf of client who could not make it ( this function was removed without notice). Lots of hidden setting we can’t see and didn’t know until something happen.

    If I could give less than no stars, I would. This company took my money up-front and then told me that they couldn't give me the script that I needed. I requested a refund of the money paid prior to consultation & they refused. Go to Instant Scripts instead. I was called by a well informed Doctor who immediately issued an eScript for the ant-viral. They didn't take me payment until after consultation finished and & the eScript was issued.

    Two days trying to book an appointment with the app not working only to get an email asking if I am still trying to find a doctor in my area.

    Bad experience. I booked an online video consult and they did not send a link. Doctor called me 10 minutes late and was insisting that she was on time, and that I booked a call rather than video consultation. She was also quite rude and raised her voice at me. I will definitely not use this service again.

    Do not use - Not recommended. Still waiting for script 2 days later. Took $$ instantly for friend but no email or SMS confirmation of video appointment, receipt or script for cold flu symptoms. 1 minute phone call for $52 video appointment- what a joke! seeking refund - no reply from their contact centre.

    DO NOT USE - Doctors are not interested in providing help. My call ended with the doctor hanging up on me as I was still speaking without providing help with what I needed. They took the money They do not respond to emails. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HEALTHENGINE APP.

    Had a terrible experience with this service. I booked an appointment the doctor gave me the wrong script which it is what it is but then to try and get this rectified was a nightmare. I ended up just copping the loss and booking another appointment because I needed the issue fixed and then I didn’t even get the link sent to me this time for the appointment. So I’m now $90 out of pocked and still don’t have the medication I need. Health engine uses private practitioners so doesn’t offer a lot of quick solutions when you have an issue like mine.

    Iam very disappointed by them, I booked an appointment for my daughter and took her from school just to go and find out the dental office is closed today. Iam never using this app again.

    From a practitioner perspective - We had 2 locations that were listed on Healthengine to receive bookings. The result was barely 1 booking per month, and often times the person never even showed up. Technical issues plagued us as well - the link to our booking software from their App failed more than it worked. Tech support was difficult to access, and never solved the issue over 3 months of trying. I then tried to contact them to request to cancel our subscription and was met with various levels of customer service people attempting to keep us on the App. I pressed the issue and was told there was a 1 month cancellation clause which accepted, but then unbeknownst to me, they only cancelled one site and not the other! 3 months later I have finally gotten the other site cancelled but had to go through multiple calls and emails to get the 3 months of fees that were charged in error refunded. All in all, I would not recommend HealthEngine to other practitioners, but I have never used the App personally, so this review isn't about that.

    DO NOT USE. Left in tears after that phone call. Scammers. Literally asked for a simple antibiotic that I needed as I’m in agony with an infection and told to go off and do other treatments first. Explained to the doctor how much pain I’m in currently and how I’m not in any financial state to do what he was telling me to do, no Medicare or health insurance. Begged for something to relive the pain and he happily kept refusing. Never in my life have I spoken to a doctor with less empathy towards a patience crying on the phone. Told that I should be grateful with his expertise as a doctor as I’m not one. Rude & arrogant. Left $50 down with no treatment just a rude phone call.
