I believe as a customer we have the right to express our needs during the therapy, the masseur may or may not take the request into consideration. However, the masseur answered me "You don't need to give me instructions, I know what I am doing." It is with the utmost respect that I regard her response as she was so confidant. As a result, the pressure, spot, and technique still not discernible after 25-30 minutes. In my opinion, the 75 dollars for a 40-minute deep tissue massage does not reflect the value of the treatment, as I felt that the therapist did not give adequate attention to the treatment.

Asked for a Remedial massage received the worst massage i've ever had... no idea what she was doing! When asked to pay i said that wasn't a remedial massage.. manager said "you should've asked for remedial" playing dumb... wasted my time & money! I have been going here every two weeks for months & thought i'd found somewhere reliable but i would never return!!! Terrible service & treated me like an idiot i should've got up & walked out in the first 5 minutes, i could've massaged someone with more skill & i've never studied anywhere.

I keep coming back here and will continue to fortnightly.Ive had massages in Bali,Singapore and Thailand and this is by FAR my favourite.Ella is absolutely fantastic .She is thorough,very considerate,always applies right amount of pressure to deep tissue and has MAGIC hands and skill,experience.Very affordable and health care rebates available too.All staff are extremely professional and friendly and couldn't recommend enough .

I found City Serenity Massage on google some months back when looking for a place while i was working in the City for the day and enjoyed the massage so much and how kind, Lena, my masseuse was. Needless to say i have been back regularly and Lena is always making sure i am comfortable and putting extra attention into the few muscle issues i have. For those of us that sit all day i highly recommend the sciatica massage. A big thank you to Lena & City Serenity Massage, i would highly recommend a visit if you haven't been yet. :)

I hate writing negative reviews but this was honestly the worst massage of my life… It felt like she had no idea what she was doing and was really hurting me even after I told her about 10 times. I was just waiting for it to end!

I highly suggest getting a massage here. I attended on my lunch break and found them incredibly accommodating. Unlike other massage establishments they had solid doors and wide massage beds. They asked my consent prior to a lower back massage, and ensured the pressure was suitable regularly. This made the experience a comfortable one and I will certainly be returning.

Service with a welcoming and helpful smile goes a long way. The massage was the best I have received in Perth CBD for quite some time. I will be back. Thank you.
